It's a bit like an oil cartel fixing prices really isn't it and that is the problem both long or short it's the cartel nature of it.

And why do you suddenly expect them to be long? That feels like an arbitrary statement vs fact.

Anyone explain why it is a conspiracy when the share price is shorted which is perfectly legal vs if they are long and set targets and buy up shares this is not?

8000 pi. Interestingly if you just average it out as it stands is 3500 per person *(just dividing the market cap and ignoring all the tr1 and directors holdings etc).

The average pi holding was 5000 at 30p. As such it is fair to say the average pi holding is now just £1000 a reduction of 4000 per holder. That I'd a huge significant loss.

5000/30 = £166.66 so 6 * 166.66

Or 5000 / 5 (5 *6 = 30 or 6*5 = 30)

Of course some may have averaged down and some simply sold out but in theory at least that is now the average holding per PI right?

I bet that is more than most claimants are even claiming!

I hope this gets raised if the FCA start playing silly buggers with share rise going back up to 12p or whatever during the court hearing again that we have a financially literate barrister.

I must say the fca guy was pretty impressive and didn't even have to try hard I thought. Shame.

Anyway do we know how many share holders there are? PI? I guess we could average the market cap by 5000 but it would be a bit screwed.

Isn't that the point, apart from a few trolls we all write with our own real views. Most are not offensive and some are nieve and over simplistic but nearly everyone posts what they are genuinely thinking.
