erm the share price is not even 6p ... the bod have already said they will have to dilute to heck there is the court case 1, the vote, then back to court with the FCA who went hell to leather with Amigo last time.

no wonder the price is sub 6p it is priced to fail and rightly so, there is only hope and dilution ahead even the bod have set the company up ready for it to fail.

There is no investment case at this level at the moment there are just SO many obstacles ahead aside from hope :(

There is no reason to doubt it as people switch to the latest share with upcoming news however the upside to the old 30p wont happen as mark says due to the doubt with the fund rasining needed however mark also missed that could be over a year and after the court case so it is not directly blocking a rise to 11p as you suggest.
