Mtel please read the other posts as well as they and I are saying the same thing but I fixed it at the quoted 19 to 1 for you to understand however as everyone is pointing out this raises more than needed by a long way.

As they say and I do it is speculation so just hang fire.

Hopin as I said I used the 19 to 1 which is quoted and agree that would raise much more. You are pointing out exactly what I am saying if they dilute at 19 to 1 they will raise a load of money.

Actually that is ot a random figure at all.

It is based as I say on the current share price. 19 x 12,500 based on today's value. I also said it depends in the future how much they want to raise and the share price at that time. Ie 20 million if the market cap was 100m is just 1 to 5 so using the 12500 would be just 2500.

He needs to understand basic .ath and placing. Until they decide gow much they want to raise and the price at that point it is however as you say speculation.

Mtel it depends on the price they decide to do the 19 to 1 how much you will put in.

Let's change your purchase from .10 yo £1 for simplicity sake. That will mean the current share price is about 25p. You own about £12.5k currently and about 5000 shares.

If everything passed and the share price rises back to 50p you would have to buy 19*5000 shares at the placing price. The placing price has not been specified as it is variable but we know the amount they want to raise. As such simply divide the Company market cap by the amount to raise.

Ie marker cap 100 million want to raise 20 million then you get 1 to 5 at 20p

However the amount is higher than the market cap and the price will be at a higher level. Hence 19 to 1.

If you have £12500 irrespective of the placing price you can expect to have to put in £237,500 to keep the ratio of shares the same. Hence the big drop.

My advice.. you are risking a lot of money when you don't understand the basics.

Stick to ftse 100 bud in the future.

I want an initial offering to be made to pis BEFORE any placing is agreed and ONLY on agreed terms to fill what wasn't filled by pis. Ie offer an x to 1 to pis. Pis don't take it up then they can over subscribe to more shares and left goes to external on the SAME deal as pis have. We suffered let us at least have first chance to try!

The shares are now dead. Simple as that. Any money in is either lost or cashed out. So many have been devastated by this share they will probably ever "invest" again.
