Enegi has engaged Fugro Robertson Ltd. ("Fugro") to undertake further testing in order to gain a fuller understanding of the prospectivity of the region. Fugro will also prepare an independent estimate of the in-place resources within the acreage covered by the Option. Studies and analysis undertaken will be summarised in a report for the Petroleum Affairs Division of the Department, which is required, under the terms of the Option, to be submitted by 30th November 2012. The SHP price is no indicator or an issue for us, as the funding and drill costs do not effect us one bit . The fact is this is excellent news for Enegi . In the fact that they are drilling EL1070 and have permission to frack and they are doing it next .It means the sdl for that block is back in play and closer than i thought it might be. It means SHP are intent on proving up El1070 before they then move onto the other acerage and drill two further wells . So the sooner they get El1070 proved up and stimulated then the sooner they will get more funds/ farm ins to assist with the next two drills, it is their GHS basically and the catalyst to their success. The key is the permission to frack and the fact they are not moving the rig to drill either of the other wells, which i thought may have occured if the frack issue dragged on. This news in my opinion should have greater benefit to Enegi's share price than Shp , because we have no cost just the promise of a large farm in deal for the SDL golden ticket. We did see a bump in our own SP this afternoon and that is because this news trickled through . SHP are basically completely fund our golden ticket pass to a multi million dollar farm in agreement for a free drill into an area proported to contain the 'big oil' and thats the lower rights . Good bit of news , well i think so anyway

PL2002-01 GARDEN HILL SOUTH, NEWFOUNDLAND*  Results to date indicate the PaP#1-ST#3 well (“the Well”) is in contact with at least 61.5 million barrels of Stock Tank Oil Initially In Place (“STOIIP”) and 117 BCF Gas Initially In Place (“GIIP”).  Absolute Openhole Flow Potential (“AOFP”) is expected to increase from 310 boepd.  Additional equipment has been purchased to enable the Well to flow at higher rates.  Testing of the Well continues, with data obtained used in the design of appropriate production facilities.  The Company is in discussion with appropriate regulatory bodies to progress applications for approvals required for production facilities.  Updates on performance of the Well expected in the short term. PL2002-01 GARDEN HILL CENTRAL AND NORTH, NEWFOUNDLAND*  The Company has regulatory approvals for a defined seismic programme covering the Garden Hill Central and Garden Hill North structures.  Seismic programme will provide input into the location of suitable drilling targets, with Garden Hill Central likely to be the first of the two structures to be drilled due to its size.  Update expected in Q4 2012. If Shoal point proves commercial and if Ghs runs into several hundred million barrels, we will quickly become a take over. Such a company prospecting us would be looking at potential prices of oil years from now when it is likely to be £2 + not what it is likely to be tomorrow.

Is this the start .......not massive volumes but lots of smaller buys pushing the ask price to the top of 14p. with a bit more foresight we may get close to or may be push slightly through 1m traded today, cheeky punts and top ups go along way when they come together. "As announced previously, this program will test up to 4 perforated intervals individually, through the casing in the existing 3K39 borehole. All tests will occur within the Green Point Formation above 1500 metres drilling depth,The program is expected to be completed within the next 35 days." (April 18th SHP news release.) thats 34 days ago and they were on schedule!! 3rd of 4 cased hole tests started May 5th (17 days ago). results soon, very soon!
