They're not going bust, they're funded to 2023, and if you look at forecast sales of aihl alone going forward it is indeed likely to form a substantial base for the company going forward, not that it will be the only thing they're relying on (I anticipate both Covid and military successes).

I don't think anyone has suggested UK gov is directly the target for this product? At least I've never seen it as. PoC's are for use clinically and in other areas such as care and remote, and those are the targets I'd have thought, which will need diagnostics long term. Which is why this is a much more interesting proposition than those co's selling lft's or even pcr (latter much more saturated).

No hash, the prime other product right now has already been developed and has news in March. AIHL. Which will see sales into NHS I have no doubt. Funding takes us to 2023. If enough of all products haven't been sold by end of 2022 then yes there may be a need for funding thereafter, but not now, and given potential for AIHL will only grow your estimate of level is premature.

All I was saying drlong is it's a false equivalence. Odx were banking on a government manufacturing contract that never materialised and now need funding. Gdr aren't, are fully funded, and their business and products are quite different.

Not really drlong. Gdr is in a quite different position and very different company. It also has a non covid release which will I have no doubt be successful in aihl.

Cash runway is currently into 2023 as they've already stated. ANY product sales extends this further into that year, as again they said quite explicitly. This means there may be one in 2023 at some point if there are not enough sales of all products by then to push it forward, but why you are posting here about raises in Feb 2022 I have no idea (well I do).

@Furion, yes it was trialled in 3 NHS hospitals I think, is in PHE framework (so trusts can buy), device was updated based on NHS feedback in autumn, and as far as we can tell we may have NICE guidance March (listed for 1st anyway?) - that last is I think what we're really waiting on for the real deal. Also study being released March. There was something else out there but I can't verify so I'll leave it.
