Source please, last I saw the products were in forthcoming US DoD budget proposal, now I have seen nothing since, but unless you can SHOW 'decided not to purchase', that's made up. I'd actually be grateful to know either way, I'm not EXPECTING it one way or anther but if you have info that'd be useful.
Please don't come on here and claim to be an honest poster Roger65, I checked in one morning last week to see you posting that it was 7%down just before open when it was in fact absolutely level at that time. Unless your feed is fantasy f'cked, you were just trying to knock sentiment first thing. You are a deramper, you're known to be a deramper, and your posts have been torn apart before.
( very old and using older tech, something like the gdr PoC is much more suited to the scenarios described here https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24298957/ )
Said before PoC diagnostics are ideal for anything maritime also which would include Navy (there's literature from pre-pandemic on use of PoC diagnostics for other diseases for commercial shipping / offshore)
Logically it'd suggest so, no one recruits extra hands unless the existing are already occupied, we'll see
@lloyd you and I know that they recruited a team already end of last year, post says to join a team, this appears to be additional post(s)
More on this yesterday from SSI Denmark

Honestly Maplin (and as you'll see from this board others will disagree), I think we're oversold, we're funded through to 2023, and we're (we hope) getting into the territory where news on a number of fronts (UK CTDA, PoC partnerships/sales, and AIHL news) is likely. Sentiment on covid stocks has been heavily down, but gdr is in a quite different position right now to some others (and quite different products, both cov and non cov). I don't think anyone should be surprised at a few rises here but JMO
It's not my impression that the company are twiddling thumbs prior to UK approval (given recently updated docs specifying ce-mark for EU), and I do believe negotiations there have been ongoing. JMO of course
That said, we should see next week I think whether DHSC puts gdr's out within the ~20 days

Yes, there will be massive vaccination programs over the next few years to get to the parts of the world that are currently hotbeds for breeding new variants (and probably boosters here and new vaccines to combat variants), and there will be diagnosis of cases - testing. Imo it's going to be an established industry, and this is good for combating the virus and for future pandemic preparedness.
First I saw was the French report of yesterday, with suspicion that it is the reason French and Danish Omicron waves were not performing in the way expected (same one posted earlier here today, ref again below). Yes, we have to hope things get better, but testing is a core part of how we DO THAT going forward ( https://www.connexionfrance.com/French-news/Leading-French-scientist-variant-of-Omicron-may-cause-new-Covid-wave )
