The few million for Hammerhead is more likely hundreds of millions. Up to 10% is on our block which if it's 150k bopd development is 000's of bopd net revenue to Eco.

Even if only 5% on the block that is 7.5k bopd at $45 FCF when oil is $70 that's $100m annually.

Yes we have a guaranteed.funded two drill deal with Total which subject to approvals is targeting a billion barrel prospect. So it is the biggest near term catalyst but I don't rule out news on Guyana before the drill turns in South Africa.

The Deepsea Mira is in the area now and has been for quite some time and is booked to Total after the Rhino drill due to take place soon.

Total likely to drill 2 prospects then drill 3B/4B.

Just posting my own thoughts.

There have been false dawns on Jethro for sure but I think the Hammerhead FID has delayed Orinduik in a good way.

Potential partners now see the break even and the size of the potential prize, which aligned with the Cretaceous which can be drilled cost effectively is an attractive package.

The wells had alot going for them in terms of high temp and mobility and heavy sour crude is developed elsewhere and heavy oil is falling off the market which remains needed.

With Jethro having up to 500m barrels and a break even point in the 40s the inbound interest in Orinduik has changed from a Cretaceous play to multi-faceted options.

Try closer to 500m barrel estimate now for Jethro.

I think with Hammemthead being developed and being similar oil to Jethro it makes people think again about commerciality.

Stabroek light oil breaks even at $25ish if I recall. Jethro needs some extra engineering and a bit more O&M than a light, sweet discovery but should break even in the $40s which for 500m barrels makes an attractive investment.

Lots of ways to mix the oil, at refinery have the FPSO stocked with barrels of light sweet to mix as it comes in.

500m barrels does 100k bopd for >10years.

Just my understanding though.

Those economics stack in a number of ways.

Teasing a Cretaceous drill from an investor as an extra prize to then develop must be attractive too.

I think there will be something on Guyana before Xmas and it may well surprise to the upside but may just be blind hope.

Time will tell but I am confident that 3B/4B will materially change the outlook by April 26.

That's a fairly serious accusation to level..

Total have just released that 732 page Opis on their plans for the basins in the area.

3B/4B forms a central plank of this strategy.

I think the drill bit will be turning by April 26.

Remember Eco has experience of completing EIA process inuding court review from the Gazania drill.

The govt decision is due imminently on 3B/4B but wasn't open to public comment which makes me think this may be a different block. One of the Total blocks is running slightly ahead of 3B/4B.

Was buying yesterday and had to do it in tranches to fill the order.

Probably one more tranche to go then a case of sit and wait.

Id expect 3B/4B by mid-April 2026.

My opinion is, the donation argument that PG has proved up a mega field is revisionist nonsense.

There remains potential but I would be surprised if this sees an SP much north of 20p in the course of 2025 and believe it will likely stay below 10p.

O&G can spring surprises but my feeling is there will either be a placing or the off takers will provide funds and PRD will cede share in the field and overall control.

Morocco has PG just where they want him in terms of export licences and drilling permits if he doesn't allow participation by relevant parties. That is if relevant parties are intereated otherwise it's back to the bucket shops for a 50% haircut.

On balance I think it will.probably be the latter sometime in Sept/Oct.

He will.probably announce more production detail in T&T and blow some sunshine up our arses about Helium when doing so.

The money wasted on small guns when I'm sure there is knowledge there about degree of damage and challenge getting through double casing too is frustrating but good if bigger perf guns remain in country they can be quickly used.
