Looks good. Certainly some corporate structure there with the job titles and the personnel listed in the who’s who section. I think there is still a lot more to come. Still no accounts published for y/e Apr 22. They appear to be settling the conversion of the loan notes which if I read correctly from the resolutions proposed stands currently at just over £4 M. I stand to be corrected there if I am reading that wrong.

There are eventually only 2 ways to realise value here, either a sale or a re-list, probably in the U.S. Hopefully they will use the website to update on commercial developments when they can. From the info I can see at the moment no date has been set for shareholders to approve the two new resolutions, unless anyone else knows differently.

Keep an eye out, currently web site not loading ( for me anyway ) no secure connection to sever.

I have to eat humble pie. FFSBS did post Laura Hillier was now the COO but I could see nothing to verify that from the Co. No update at Companies House.

Interestingly at Companies House the confirmation statement for Arcturis Data Holdings Ltd is still outstanding. A confirmation statement is where a Co advises any material changes to the Co. They have issued statement for the other subsidiary.

I think there maybe some quite interesting developments in the pipeline.

Completely agree. A re-list would probably be in the U.S. Gatemore had asked for a dual listing when still AIM listed. Either a re-list or the Co could attract a price the institutional investors think is fair. Gatemore made its position clear about this being sold too cheaply. What’s interesting is there is absolutely no info on settlement of loans. This is where the massive dilution was coming from. Obviously Arcturis have made the divestment but for how much ? It’s still a complete news black out with absolutely no new filings at Companies House since the name change. The website still shows ‘full website coming soon’ or words similar now for about 4 months. Accounts ending April 22 due for publication end of Oct22 remain outstanding. There has to be some very good reasons. The Co is very much alive and kicking with representation next week in Amsterdam and a new 10 year lease on new office accommodation. I guess we just have to be patient and let Alex Snow re position the Co that would lead to a realist or sale. The NHS are still major shareholders here and as the info from GOSH shows still willing to be actively involved in a partnership with Arcturis Data.

I would check your info about Hillier’s job title if I were you. Companies House website. No amount of emailing will get you info if it’s still confidential especially if you are trying to contact a job title thst does not exist anymore…. all of course if you can prove different

I haven’t posted lately. Still watching Companies House website where still no accounts have been published for year ending April 22. There seems to be a complete news blackout currently. Much to speculate on, there is still absolutely no news anywhere about their divestment even from the Co that bought the tech. Interestingly the 10 year lease on new office accommodation ties in with Moderna’s 10 year deal with the NHS and Government. With all of Arcturis’s connections and agreements with the NHS, a synergy could be developing here. Or maybe not, I guess we just have to be patient. It’s almost a year now since Snow was appointed.
