Gatemore are still here. This was their position a year ago. It’s going to be quite interesting to see how they and the rest of the concert party achieve an exit strategy going forward. Very definitely NO everything is not lost, we just have to be patient.

If this was to re-list in the US. then presumably U.K. stock could be transferred into ADR’s via your broker and could be traded again in the U.S.

Watching out on Companies House website on or around the 4th July for re-registration from a PLC to Ltd. We are still a PLC at the moment.

I note they mention no trading facility in the U.K.

Could their intention be to return in the US at some stage.
