My thoughts16 Jan 2021 16:17
I’ve been sitting it out the last few days on the sidelines looking at the board and comments.
I ignored my gut and held into results, but wasn’t convinced that the following day we wouldn’t see a repeat of history so I sold at 08.01 luckily 0.5% still blue.
However going against my gut cost me £10k but had I not sold that loss would of been extended to £20k
I still made nice profit on my second November entry. However ultimately greed got the better of me and blinkered my judgement, am big enough to admit that.
Had I held my original investment from July I would of been significantly further down then where I am now having bought and sold twice and day traded it a few times . However read my posts - my success rate at day trading was not good maybe 60-40 success.
Looking at the 2 year charts we are again at the top of the Declining shark tooth, it appears we will go back to low £3.00’s and then back up towards April.
However of course any good news could turn that view on its head and it could rise rapidly with an acquisition or stateside listing.
But in the absence of any news and the world opening up presenting better buying opportunities I reckon the price will go down and I’ll re-enter again with a view to selling before results.
It’s depressing how this share performs as there is so much to be positive about. However when a 40% uplift on expectation is met with a 8% 24hr price decrease I do slightly despair. There were some very valid views that predicted this on this board.
However the manner in which those views were presented turned pretty toxic and in turn detracted from the message and became pretty personal.
Longer term I’m not sure what it holds until the cycle of sleep, eat, rinse repeat is broken and the usual build up hype followed by sell off is repeated time and time again.
I’m not cashing out of my account I am locked and loaded ready to buy Into any decent drop or Rns. I for one wanted to buy into the hype this time around and got burnt in the process.... for the 3rd time...
Next time I will sell the day before - definition of insanity, do the same thing, expect a different outcome..
For all those that sold before well done, for those that held and fronted it out well done, for those that got stung, bad luck and genuine hope it’s ok for you, it will go back up.
