We won't hear about whether a placing will take place for a few months. At the moment he has to gauge what the proposed deals will bring and whether they will drop revenue quickly enough.

Personally if he needs to place he should sort it out fast.

Last time that occurred the share price swallowed it in hours and charged on as people could now see they has more cash to develop the business faster. I agree with others that the handling of matters has been absolutely bloody abysmal.

However, deals are being made and I do believe their will be good inventory coming online on the supply side as they see marketing deals drop on the demand side.

JD needs to come out and hold his hands up, the momentum will not return unless people have an idea for the way ahead (structurally speaking) this can be done on Proactive investors. This will most likely occur in the New Year.

I think he wants to stay down and do a big Quarter one revamp - hoping investors who want his head and other body parts will be satiated by the New Year. He probably thinks people right now are not too receptive to any message as he has pi**ed in their glass and told them it's Champagne for a couple of months.
