Hayes knows this business better than anyone, its potential and what it needs to get over the line. House and Neider have also got huge contacts in that area, as the money side was a huge part of their gig and at a much, much larger level. JD knows how important the raise is and who the key investors are, this is the big one and they are in there to guide him through.

He felt we attacked the employees which we did not. We criticised him and rightly. Leaving his bunker more regularly demonstrates he is able to interact. Psychologically I think he got shaken looks like he has gathered himself and ready to push forward.

He can't wait months for that deal he has to deliver it in two - three weeks at most.
