The reason we are talking burn is because the rate has increased with the employee increase.
What did not increase was the revenue which was basically promised. That got changed on us to test revenue.
That is why so many shareholders have worries about what James said and did. Trust weakened.

It is phenomenally tough to build a new business in a dynamic area. James has shown some amazing ability in many areas.
However when running a public company he knows and said so you cannot go dark for 4-6 weeks at a time.

If we can still get to 2021 without a raise that is fantastic... but revenue to raise questions will increasingly be raised with dark periods.

Good point at this stage the burn is everything.

Shareholders have the right to know the burn rate, so they can make informed choices. I believe he is staying quiet because as he is waiting for contracts to drop that is the growing question, in all minds, and the one he wants to avoid.

At some point this needs to be addressed head on.

He is building a new ad category it is tough, but , if he is more open on the difficulties shareholders can assess their risk position size accordingly and they will support and trust him. The blackout kills his reputation and the stock.

A roadmap to victory needed addressing cash burn.

We all stated below 10p is a place it can't just be allowed to fall to otherwise it cascades. JD stated the situation would be addressed at the start of the year. Looks like more hot air...

There was a 90k buy today at that point. Been some sells but considering today has been a tough one this has shown good strength so far.

I believe JD is quiet as he balances two things. I believe he is aware people are talking of cash burn.
So he has to sort the deals revenue side first and then he will balance that with budgetry needs... ie if we need a placing.

Remember the bulk of development work is in Riga, so burn is not so fast. If he has the deals in place and the cash is brought in the company is in a very strong place.

He has to address both and that is a careful balancing act. Personally I would hope he does the both together so people can see what is down the road. I think that is why we have the quiet period.

Unfortunately short term means the share price is precarious... The next few weeks could be tough.
What balances it out is the potential... Ironsource valued at 1.5 billion for CVC partners.

I would presume he is preparing for a blitz to burn the short side with multiple RNS's supply and demand side - but with his failing credibility I would be one of the few.

He is aware of the need for communication and he is not giving it. I would hope there is a positive reason behind this.

This is the safest way to play Gaming as they are doing the development for 25 of the top 27 publishing houses.
The spends are increasing as is the technical difficulty of the work, bodes well for us.

These small trades we react to today are not reflecting that still the price has had a strong run

What matters is the backdrop of the placing if it is announced after the deals start dropping and people have an idea of revenue and potential profit a placing would not hurt in the slightest as what happened last time. It shows the company is on sound financials as more deals hit.

Momentum is key and James has to reverse the negative one at the moment with some nice deals.
I believe he can do this but he has to be out the gate fast. Current markets don't feel great.

We need to have price wise a strong base to build from then shareholders can really start accumulating.

The test spends are growing and increasing and the agency deals I believe Draper are there in Q1 and Q2. Having friends who work in advertising and marketing when he commented on the fact committees slowi the process he was bang on.

Everything has to be done in quintuplicate because no-one wants their ar5e exposed - so on every deal they work to expose other's so that it would lead to multiple firings if it goes wrong. Friends got fired from big agencies every couple of years and moved to the next.

Once the deal is made. it is made and it tends to stay. The fact that he got them through quite quickly suggests that the agencies are into the tech and they will be into the spend. As long as we produce the data they can exploit and tweek then we are in a strong position.

It is all about the contextualisation of the data - what they can do with it and what we can provide. We may have someone in a very senior position at a tech heavyweight who can point us in the right direction there...DW.

The fact Draper dropped that publishers and agencies removed competitors tech and put in Bidstack was a massive positive it suggests we are providing good data. The patents that they are producing will in short order justify the price of the company alone.

We are very early and so the volatility is there. Everyone is nervous after the trading update - the factJD could get the marketing company to allow him to announce the deal the following day suggests relationships are strengthening.

Helx is entitled to disagree, but I believe significant deals will drop and as they do the publishers will open up as they are doing on test spends as they see they can claim significant cash for their inventory through the various platforms.

When I was taking my hammering I did not have the best view of him. It has been highly volatile and good people have got burnt. Now James has to regain trust. Confidence in him can only be demonstrated by deal bearing RNS's.

From the sound of it there is some nice stuff to hit shortly - and it better - because, otherwise James joins the other CEO's on AIM. Hopefully New Year , renewed trust is gained. Being far more communicative with regard the coming quarters as he promised should further aid matters.

We have no right to throw stones at people who got hurt. Hopefully they and us will begin to see a company powering ahead and a share price responding.

People have to cut their cloth to the situation while this occurs and some more deals come in.

Right now everyone is looking at the visibility of the company. Trust between shareholders and James has to be rebuilt.
I think he will bring in the deals to restore it.

But obviously there are a number of shareholders who have been crushed by this fall, myself included.. To be oblivious of their feelings and say everything is great and the buys are flying does not help them - no matter how bright the future can be.

Count we have had a 15k sell and another bunch of sells. Money is not rushing in, if it were it would be flying like NFX.

We won't rise on ramps we will rise on deals - which we should get. Endlessly rampin as the other idiots endlessly de ramp does nothing to aid the credibility of the board and means all your comments immediately are discounted.

This stock has potentially a very bright future which I think Draper will produce. He screwed it up huge by not dealing with revenues ealier and saying they were encumbant on some large deals. If he would have explained the timelines things would have worked out better. Maybe timelines were changed on him at the last moment.

He has to communicate far better but as deals come in we will all get a feel for the future of this company.
Right now we have to just get through to the other side in the way our finances allow - as James works to execute.

JD last couple of months has been abysmal with communication - mainly hoping the deals would drop in time.
Share sales were not nice. But there is bags of potential.

Cash burn should have been addressed and if there is need for a placing. Personally I don't think a placing hurts.

JD will probably do it after some of the deals have come in and people can see the pipeline.

This is a company at the start many obstacles but many prizes available. Shorters talkin cr4p and sayin they are shareholders is just the sewage you expect on bulletin boards.

JD at the start of the year has to come out and be crystal clear. If he does not then we have another drop.
This way he has a chance of saving his reputation - doing anything now when matters are so raw will likely fall on deaf ears.

Would not be a bad idea him using his Linkd page to state that he will address issues in the New Year.
That could be after he has ate some more toast and bought some more shares, at these knock down prices.
