How is that calculated ? A holder with 1 million shares - when the total in issue was 387 million, owned 0.2584% of the whole. Now the total in issue is 647 million, 1 million shares is 0.1545%. Which is 40% lower - a dilution as it's known. Commonly. Universally in fact.

what is the value of the whole ? and does that value increase with the shares issued or stays the same ?

if you going to imply you have been diluted on the IP side .. then you have to look at it as a balance sheet exercise

so you would have to imply a Value attributed .... so lets say £10m to the IP but the £15m would also sit in the same col. as its cash raised ... so again ... the whole just got bigger ... 10 plus 15

the IP has been diluted ...................... never said anything different

but that is a balance sheet calculation .. in which case you must add back in £15m cash to the balance sheet

folks look in your portfolio has it dropped by 40% ........... if not .....lets move on ... sorry about your loss Tf ... was it a fire ? termites ? and how did you get back the 27% by the way ..
