There are vids on youtube, basically 3mm slices of courgette dipped in flour and water and then deep fried. They are crispy on the edge but chewy in the middle. The courgette flower can also be fried. Good way for one of the 5 a day 😄

Col - I think these penny shares are a different breed. MSUK - you read the charts but how long term can it forsee changes in the BOD, good or bad Rns, tariffs, yearly accounts ect? Not a dig at charts as I would like to understand them.
