Apparently they have chosen their preferred partner and working towards an announceable transaction , this is an iterative process and the areas of disagreement are slowly being reduced

There was an error in the Production RNS which was spotted late last night. It was not possible to amend both the RNS/SENs in time for the deadline this morning. Therefore, the amended releases will go out tomorrow. I am advised that there is no massive problem , just a review process that highlighted a need to reword a sentence in the draft press lease.

The court order provides the legal authority for buybacks/dividens at some point in futire but casnt see that happening in the near term unless they have some sort of windfall..

According to the 16.10.2026 RNS tThere are a number of other licence areas which Jubilee has been able to secure. These are all within the larger Molefe district. The total area of the licences exceeds 16 000 hectares compared to the current near 400 hectares held by Molefe Mine - i wonder if they have secured/taken over licence 27777 from Luwan limited that surrounds the munkoyo licence

Well it’s landed with a clear plan for expansion - phase 2 is the real catalyst for growth ( potential to double output and life of mine) and that’s before exploring wider area.

Key here is the M developement and likely production target for next finacial year which is unclear at the moment.
