In reference of two people posting on two boards of a water ingress made to 7b for the last few months. To be clear this does NOT exist and no such reference of 7b exists or has ever existed. These same said people have no communication with the company or do they have inside information. There is no such information.

Dewatering continues as planned and are operating to specifications which continue to exceed expectations and standards permitted by the Environment energy.

If QM generated approximately £4.2 million in revenues which represents approximately 65% of the Group's revenue one has to ask if QM goes into administration how much revenue is left and how long will it be a going concern? Surly its possible the whole group will end up in administration?

Still looking good for 15% - 20% movements either way. Very good for trading. Of course always a risk when you sell as news of an order could drop anytime and it jumps 100%

Just as well not sell all your shares but keep a good stake just in case.

Yes there is dilution. But cornerstone investors accepted this dilution. Now share holders are diluted. Own less of the company. Yet that company is now primed for growth. So a smaller part of a company but a smaller part in a more profitable company.

Obviously there are different type of placings. One that just keeps a company ticking over and does not improve the company and others placings that can change things. Hence the small discount.

Look at PYC which did a 50% discount, and has not wiped out most investors.

Much of my holding was bought 12 pence, so up for me. I have not been wiped out. And as the share price is up as the market likes it, I do not see that shareholders are wiped out.

Still see a take-over here from other players. But admittedly I did not for-see a placing. One of the better ones though.

An uncrystallised loss of £5,000 or so. Still my best share.

There is no stake builder here. All contracts made to date are non profitable and do not cover wages. That will not change.

Some posters on here (small players) suddenly may have issues on this placing but the bigger players (who is what counts) like it and have marked up the price.

Strange that. Who was predicting 10 pence today?

One of the best placings I have seen for some time. Well supported and will immediately project the company forward and to profitability.

"Why would anybody throw more money at this dead duck" Major shareholders and institutions. And with this raise it actually saves more money and makes the company more efficient. And the share price as I speak is up, Not by much but it is up. Obviously not a dead duck. I can point out many dead ducks. And I have a few in my portfolio. Who does not.

For a fact. I bought these at around 12 pence range. So up around 50%. Please show me more dead ducks where I can make close to 50%?

Well supported placing. Most placings are doing massive discount. And the share price is up. Looks like the raising of cash improves performance and makes more savings...

Builder. I will post as I please. On TGR i was on of the first posters to tip as a buy. It was 4.3. The shares went up to 8.0. How much percent is was that rise? Now you seem to be critical about my having sold. Are you straight up? Are you kidding me? Whats wrong with selling some when shares go up you clown?

I first bought TGR when they were 45 pence. They went down to 4 pence or so. So I was down ok. Then I bought a lot this morning on open. Do you mind if I make money? Damn. Of you do not want to listen to posts then filter. Simple at that.

For your information i first bought these at 1. Pence a few years ago. Selling some at 14 pence. Thats a rise of 1,400%. Have you ever made that return? I should be filtering you. I have made banked £45,000 on CPX alone. And I have sold them and bought and sold them and bought them back thousands of times. So would you mind if I continue to ignore you? If you like point out a share for me that goes up 80% in a few hours or one that roses 1,400% , then I will be your pupil. Until then please let me post freely or do me a favour filter me for God sake so you cannot see my tips. I do get some wrong….

You can just buy shares and hold them, thats fine by me. I still know some poster who did not sell these at 14 pence. And never bought when they went to 0.078. Maybe you were one of them. Do you hear me complaining? Why not share your tips? i still hold TGR. And I banked some profits. I still hold CPX. Do you mind? Do I need to do as you do?

Gosh, if your not trading the dips you should not he here.

There has been 15 - 20% movements for some time now. The MM clearly has no shares and takes it down to get sellers. Catch him out and buy the dips and leave him dry.

What wonderful shares these are. 15-20% in days or even a day if you time it right.

IN 3 months or less the shares will be suspended. If not before then.

IF $5,820,000 is not repaid in full by 26 September 2024 the management will have no choice but to call in the administrators to actually protect the funder.

The company will be unable to pay off this amount. Already the shares are close to going back to pre consolidation price. It will never be able to do anther funding or placing without already wiping out those who were wiped out. It seems it is going to wipe out all those who bought into these on consolidation day.

Damn. Its going to end in tears.

Anything under 10 pence is a good buy.
