"if the Minimum Fundraising Condition is not satisfied, the Company intends to apply for the cancellation of its Ordinary Shares from trading on AIM in early 2025 and a separate circular will be sent to the Company's shareholders following Admission requesting that Shareholders approve such Cancellation in accordance with rule 41 of the AIM Rules2.

Yet just wiped out 33% value of shareholders value. Are you also delighted with this? Delighted he still has a job and can take a wage. With this fundraise the management should be removed.

There is a very well set trend here. It goes up and falls back. As it falls back the MM fills orders. When they have stock they then raise, people buy and they unload. Then MM drop the price back with set algorithms and they do the same time after time. Notice the game they play and take advantage of it. It has been doing this for some time now. The rises are quick. I have been doing quite well on these rises and falls. Sell on the rise is my advice, that is if you have any. Always keep a few as well just in case. One foot in and one foot out. These are good shares to trade and I have traded them for some time. I do not think there is another who has bought and sold as much as myself. Some may dispute this.
