You’re portraying an image of AMC being comparable being it’s a sale within Russia, it’s very clear you’re slant here. Irrelevant of the second offer, it was not mandatory, it was voted through so you could argue they were very much happy with such.

Chess, they didn’t have to sell. The offer was there at first instance over 10 year period of instalments ( to memory ) , or lower value in cash instantly.

Obviously the SH at the time were worried and rightly so and took the easy way out.

The assets of AMC & EUA and not comparable in the slightest and the infrastructure needed at AMC would never warrant a big offer at the early stages the company were at.

We haven’t had a fire sale, we have created more value and the DFS signed by the federation is absolutely gold dust on so many levels.

The DFS valuation will be judged for haircut and nothing else.

If we sell for much less than this valuation ( which is pretty much guaranteed ) then there will be no hair cut.

The lines of the Russian federation are clearly set out for the rules of these haircuts to companies and EUA do not fall into these. Simples
