Dilution and discounted placings are completely normal for early-stage explorers — that’s how projects get funded.

Saying “share price is down = management failure” ignores the wider AIM market, which has been weak across the board.

They’ve also ignored what the money was actually used for (drilling, licences, development), which is the whole point at this stage.
