Steve , your concerns are very much vital to all that has engulfed amigo, it’s just we need to look at this issue to allow even looking at future lending. If they can crack this it’s only trial and error to make future lending claim proof isn’t it ? To be upped to 15% with redress means only one thing , they have had ongoing discussions for some time with a huge number of parties involved , this upper amount will only bode well for amigo in any legal proceedings and also ex/customers.

Would the BOD have not negotiated huge salaries not incentive schemes if they thought this was doomed to fail ? Or at least thought the odds were against them ?

Nurse Steve , I’m sure the risk from future lending would be easily be sorted with the FCA though wouldn’t it ? To me that isn’t the biggest worry at the moment , this is easily solved

FCA will not ever dictate a company direction so actions have to be made for FCA to regulate.I wouldn’t be too sure on the fact that behind the scenes the FCA must have had input to a degree. I’m sure the best legal advice has been sought as FCA could say no and a judge disagrees , maybe the advice they have been given upped the redress percentage ( up considerably) to get support levels high ?

Well we all make some terrible decisions don’t we !!! Twitter is good for ideas or finding companies listed , be careful for all the p & d and a huge amount of wolves hounding together there also. I m sure I don’t need to warn yourself mindyou , where you too on Twitter ?

Mark is absolutely spot on and I think me and him have touched upon it before. I care for all of our money no matter how little or a lot it seems to others as Mark rightly said it’s relative to the person. For multi millionaires like randeep unfortunately he won’t care too much about any of our monies :(

You seem to be doing rather well , your clued up enough for sure. Nicholas Lee has great history , seems like a throughly decent chap also , don’t get me wrong none of us know regarding purchase for RTO but with these look for BOD with skin in the game etc. Looks good to me anyway but glad to help. Gino , sorry I started from this mornings posts and came upwards and couldn’t help replying instantly . You hit the nail on the head before myself in how doc and his followers are basically traders , he throws out a share the thousands latch onto this and boom they buy in and he makes his 10% and he never mentions again. Mr Akers is similar other than he doesn’t interact much with any poster and he stays longer and they do far better than most on Twitter for sure but it’s still name following isn’t it .
