All articles written on any company should be objective . Facts from all corners , sides etc. How on earth can a woman say it’s better for amigo to go into administration rather than accept some payment??? So hundreds lose jobs , more people in Britain are secluded and no person gets any money ?? Absolutely bizarre

As always with a discussion board these are only ever opinions and not advice in any sense .

I try not to put all amigo customers in the majority but the fact they are a customer with bad credit , few problems to suit will ultimately claim now . They would have also lied on any agreement ( not all ) . How can amigo be liable if a customer decides they cannot spend their income wisely ? Utter ridiculous! FCA really do make it up as they go along

The point of debt camel trying to put amigo loans in administration is disgusting behaviour to say the least . The fact that the reporting from them is so bad on every level , they have even interpreted the RNS to suit themselves also ...so I reported them on every level I could

I think it’s always clear to see , when informative good debate is ongoing to the board , certain posters are nowhere to be seen. This is simply as the intelligence bereft to them cannot engage in such so please guys we have had some cracking stuff here today so all ignore the noise :)

Jimmy , I’m going to make one more point , FCA cleared amigo on the lending criteria they had set up , FCA weren’t happy with “ top up “ loans which is clearly a small margin of customer sales. These are facts .
Other facts are throughout history the FCA are blatant at having firms agree to rules , they change them whenever suits and make the companies suffer the consequences.
JB and his beef with the previous board was he in his opinion was not happy with paying out all these claims as they were clearly not genuine claims , do we really need to go through the mountain of ridiculous claims that are currently for all to see within the public domain??
Clearly you have some valid points but your leaving out the mountain of information behind these points. IMO on what can be seen a huge % of claims are quite rightly in this day and age customers and ex customers seeing free money simple as that .

I refute the argument it’s all amigo , I’m sure if you read JB comments on amigo he does clearly state amigos misgivings. What your not reading into is the fact of how many are genuine claims within the claimants ?? Your not seeing FCA role in this , no CMCs can be blamed for any claims as it’s their job and it has been handed to them on a plate , they cost no more than an individual claim.
I think FCA history on all they see over will show the utter incompetence that prevails them , utter shameful tactics and basically a law to themselves

All of us here have some great points , one thing we all need to agree on is this , if amigo goes under no one wins simple as that so there has to be some sort of negotiation to an agreement

So just to let you all know , if any guys can see me on Twitter or amigo loans you will see we have had exchanges in relation to debt camel , I’m making amigo more aware of the ridiculous inaccurate statements being made by them . I have also lodged a complaint with FCA regarding these also again making amigo loans aware of this. No matter what all of us here agrees with or not , statements made by such are no good for all concerned using scare mongering tactics using absolute nonsense as fact is irresponsible and I for one will not let them print such crap

I have been on cameldebt back regarding Twitter , so have amigo !! They have answered her and others and about bloody time !! I’m sick of amigo just rolling over ....especially such inaccurate articles which cameldebt can’t help posting

Go over to Twitter and put your claims to JB see what response you have , your generalisation on claims and claimants is not the clear picture at all.
The FCA has more to blame than amigo , if I have to explain this then you won’t have been following, amigo are not innocent by any means but the vultures have been allowed to prey with amigo hung out to dry

If anyone has any sense they don’t join the bear on Twitter :)
