The seller crossed the threshold from 8.74% to 6.22% on 7th Feb - the day we hit 0.56 So she had 120 million shares left to sell assuming she's selling them all. Since the 7th we have had over 400 million shares traded and so she should be all out pretty soon. The sharp rise this morning suggests that is the case - hence the next few days should see this climb
So shes sold about 48.5 million shares - this appears to be whats keeping this down. once the MMs settle this and the large print is shown, should be upwards from there
Been pondering on this today We do need funds by April and so if there is a placing it is highly likely to be north of 1p. I would assume closer to 2p. The CEO himself has recently stated how undervalued the company is and so would and should place at a price close to fair value. I would not expect this to take place anywhere near where we a priced at now, IMO
like clockwork....folks took profit in the morning, bought other stuff today for a quick trade but now will be coming back here before close... tick tock
Is it fair to assume that when the £100 million asset is transferred, the market cap should equal this atleast and so the share price should rise to 47p as a minimum?
Are we still expecting the £100 million RB loan this month? its a clause for the loan facility that we have this Hopefully this will be the next big news within a couple of weeks.
agreed, it will keep marching up, currently they are taking 2 million off me for 15.7 Not been able to sell the entire amount in the last couple of days - surely a good sign.
