Even if BRH and p2f don't sell, then the MCAP is still affected downwards along with the share price.

600 million shares that were created and given to BRH - read last part of first RNS from today.

second RNS refers to the 6 million warrants - 606 million in total

With these 70% additional shares, will the market cap not adjust lower by the same amount?

Are these additional 600 million shares not tradeable once admitted to aim tomorrow?

That is incorrect.
At around 9am today there was a period of 10 minutes where I was getting a sell price of 0.25 for over 4 million shares.
Irrelevant now though and no I didn't sell.

There was a placing done on 14th Feb at 0.15 for 200 million shares.
As the price has now touched 0.15, the last few remaining placing shares should have been churned and so this should be the base.
Directors are taking shares as salary plus overhead costs dramatically reduced as per previous RNS's. Hence I'd be surprised if another placing was with us in the next month or so. IMHO

If we assume 5% to be accurate, thats $15 million Mcap - from TL alone.
Coupled with Peru and other assets, I don't see this being less than $25 million Mcap - £15-£20M
translating into atleast 1p as a minumum.

The valuation of $300 million in relation to Baron's 25% stake is spot on.
The only question is on what the Market Cap. should be discounting costs
Even if you discount at 90% which is excessive, that still works out to $30 million.

we are currently at £4 million. A huge and total disconnect.
You only have to research other oilers with similar assets and thet Mcaps - most I've seen are in the region of £15m plus.
We should also be somewhere similar and once the sellers/shorters are out, I'm confident we will be over the next month or so.
