Positive news I believe if it advances stage 2 at Araguaia or a contingency at worse for stage 1. Looks like the company has the option to pay the last instalments of $1.675m in shares or cash. Let’s hope it’s cash as we dont want to be paying for construction costs and ancillaries in shares going forward.

Ok so today was a pump and dump. If people were jumping on it on the back of the rumour that King Colin had resigned it sends quite a message to the company.

Personally, more gutted that clueless Colin is still at the helm than the SP back at 25p.

Anyone know what happened to the initial approval of $32 from Banco da Amazonia announced by RNS on 4/12/20? The company claimed at the time that they wanted local involvement also.

Moved from underwhelmed to gobsmacked when the share raise was finally disclosed as 7p this morning. I guess stating 12 hours earlier up to 7.5p was strange.
A worry is part of Vermelho is included in the deal, $50m for 2.1%. It’s hard for a company of Horizonte to raise this amount but it’s not a great deal for LTH in my opinion.

I have no intention of selling but let’s be honest, they must have known the placing was going to be at 7p, so why say up to 7,5p 12 hours earlier? Sadly leaves a bitter taste in the mouth that I feel will take a while to remove.

Yes Wasa, 7p was a good old kick in the knackers this morning. A little bit of honesty from the company would have been nice. The dilution here is what it is now.

As an aside seen as all resolutions will need to be passed at an EGM. Can the 8% options be voted against?
