I was just about to post the same. There’s a smell in the air….. must be the “shorts” burning!

I have been in HZM for over three years now and plan to still have a position during production. Like many I was disappointed with the terms of the finance package, being one for the II instead of the long standing PI’s. It used to have a very board BB with people like Wasarunner, Strummer Jones, Luke2 and many others posting regularly.

Great value around 6p in my opinion if you hold for the future. DYOR of course.

Looks like there are a few of us on here that we’re in BCN also. I was in around 21p and nearly trebled my money but like many thought Gangfeng on the cheap.

I guess my average in HZM over various accounts is 3.5,3.9 and 4.6. I haven’t sold any but will only sell small when we hopefully move up in time. I’m not going over my disappointment at the deal but it’s done and we move on. It would be good to see the board buy, especially as JM stated that was the intention for them to partake in the fundraise. Proof will be in the pudding but we are crying out for some news on the build to put us in the limelight once again. GLA.

I guess the £115k up front cash and £1.65m in equity remains the same. I guess up front cash from an adjusted tail benefit if used for current drilling can be better utilised then so be it.

So it looks like the sale terms for Pilot Mountain have reduced from £500k to £150k in total. That’s quite a drop but does include £50k upfront and rest in equity. Looks a bit desperate at first look but let’s see.

And let’s not forget SNG are not only focused on COVID. SNG001 will hopefully be used to treat other respiratory ailments such as COPD amongst others.

I think JM has admitted in the past that running both projects was going to be too big for HZM. A JV for Vermelho would hopefully bring it to production in around 3/4 years which would be the optimum time for the expected EV shortage. Would this then allow us to bring Stage 2 in Araguaia in to play a bit earlier? We will have to see but the DFS can’t come soon enough!

I have been asking them to remove the HZM Open Offer which of course closed back in December. Had it removed from my spread bet account but despite numerous requests it’s still there in my ISA and share dealing accounts. It’s doing my head in!

Be nice to know the direction of the late 3 million trade from yesterday. Tightest spread in a while it seems this morning.

I agree OB to me this is an amended deal. There is no talk of an upfront me, which seems to be due to ThermRx not expected to raise funds until poss end of Q1. Hence the statement that Susy hopes to sign the sub lease agreement in the near future.

I guess people have different risk profiles when it comes to investing. When it comes to Africa, Zimbabwe in its current state is off the radar for me. Afritin, with its resources , location in mining and geopolitically friendly Namibia, ticks the boxes for me. Always good to hear about other mining projects though. DYOR of course.

I agree Wilibo, if P3 is close to the P2 results the it should fly. If that’s the case I see SNG being bought out by one of the big boys. I still hold, include my original spread bet from 34p. My opinion of course.

As the year comes to an end can I wish fellow Valettans a great Xmas and hope our stocks shine in 2022. Plus a special thanks to 1509 for organising our monthly competitions.

And I think I am stating the obvious that it was just my opinion. None of us are privy to inside information I believe. Fingers crossed that in 2022 we see events that lead to a higher SP rather than the spike of this year. GLA.
