How are they taking the **** ? Every share that i have seen that has spiked already drops approx 50% of the rise ... sometimes more. This might have something to do with the loss too ... 22% sell ... i would worry if i was in MMS at that price after seeing that. Is it one of those suspensions where people can keep buying shares ? IF they were suspended there would have been an RNS and no one would be able to buy.

This one can't be ramped as i said earlier. It WILL rise towards the end of next year and through 2009 onwards .. but not in the next week or so as some here think. I bought another 50k today ... i am now 50k short of half a million. I aim to reach that by the end of the month and then hold for the long term. I just hope they don't get taken over on the cheap.

I take it you are a learner ? Do you think you can buy into a share and it just goes north ? If so you are in for a lot of dissapointment ... even good companies can retract lower than most experts think but it does not make it a bad buy ... you just need patience. Not saying that about BLNX though as i have no idea about them. If you want a share that is undervalued at present then i would suggest looking at IVE.

Yes these were 35- 40p not long ago at which time Equity Development put an 80p fair value on them. I am not currently back in after taking profits on the first time and then having to sell up at 24p the second time to cover another share .. which i am lucky i did now. Are you looking at this as short term or long term ? They have mentioned a dividend next year

I am excited too ... but for the LONG term potential of this share. It won't do anything much until the end of the year IMHO. As Sand has mentioned it is production that will really start this motoring. With a market cap of under £6m with all the resources CMR have, and the ability to get the ball rolling, the market will warm to CMR in time. As i have stated ... CMR are getting closer and closer to production. When they start producing and the cash is coming in the door starts to get opened to all the reserves that they currently hold. The market on gold juniors is like the market was with O&G from middle of 2006 onwards, reserves count for nothing if you ain't got the cash to get it out of the ground. When the current O&G excitement dies down the only companies who succeed will be the ones producing ... why am i saying this ? Well i feel when the market picks up on how undervalued gold juniors are CMR should already be producing ... this should have a "double whammy" effect on the SP. I intend to be buckled in for that ride. Patience is needed here ... this could well be one of the top shares for 2009 IMHO :-) Regards IHNC

gemma ....Instead of putting $15000000 all the time why not put $15m ... quite a lot easier. people expecting this to be way over 3p end of june ...Anyone who thinks this share will treble within 2 weeks is SERIOUSLY deluded. I have bought in and believe it will make very strong profits but mainly starting in 6 - 12 months NOT days. if you look at GFM there are some simularities ... the SP rose to 20p, like CMR, before dropping down to the low pennies... it was production that caused the price surges ... this share will be production driven so anyone expecting big rises before then are in for a lot of dissapointment. I feel there are some on here that will be frustrated on this thread, that will have expected too much to quickly. They will probably sell leaving me, and other patient investors, to reap the rewards next year - where i feel there will be some strong price surges as more mines come into production and production in turn gets ramped up. The maximum share price on the week starting the 16th of what ? Guessing the SP of a mining company a week or so from today is pointless. If you want to have interesting guesses the following would be more interesting.... SP at the of Sept 08, end of Dec 08 and end of March 09. CMR is not going to rise strongly UNTIL it starts producing. There may be a rise up to that point but the main driving force in the SP will be cash flow. So news of producing and then news of first cash flow will really start the SP motoring. WHEN CMR will have cash coming in it will be a different story altogether. Having a cash flow will make the whole picture more rosy and the TRUE value of CMR will start to come through. news of the second mine producing will then produce another surge etc. Look at GFM for comparisons when the share rose and the news that caused the rise. Suggesting anything above 2.5 - 3p for June is madness and shows a complete lack of knowledge of mining shares IMHO

Let's not walk before we can run ... all in good time. Let's look at the price of gold when CMR is producing it and that lovely cash is going into our company :-)

I don't think the issue is the company getting back into profit ... the issue is will it still be trading on the stock market by then ? As it has been mentioned on the ADVFN thread this is a perfect legal hi-jack of a company. The dilution is massive but why do it so low ? So RW can effectively gain enough of the company to withdraw it from trading. The share was at 15p last week and to multiply the share issue by 11 with 1 in 11 being valued at 4p makes it look obvious what RW is up to. Let's take a look at the buy of 10,000 shares at 15:46 which cost £425. To be able to keep up with the percentage of the company you hold that person will have to buy 100,000 more shares at 4p ... so total purchase goes from £425 to £4,425. Which would be fine if you had budgeted for that, knew the money would make a lot of difference to the company, and was amazingly undervalued by the market so far as possible profit goes .. all that would be great. BUT ... with RW underwriting it he knows that a lot of investors will take one look at what they have to buy to hold their percentage share in the company and bail ... forcing his percentage higher and when one person controls much more than a controling vote for a company they he can effectively takeover a company at barely a premium above the slaughtered SP. All in all it is not worth touching with a bargepole and that is why investors are bailing at ANY price. There are much better shares out there without the ri

If you decide to forgo the right issue it alll depends on what the underwritten shares are sold to the market at ... seen as they will be going to Ross Wilbur i can see him paying the minimum 4p. But, for the sake of arguement, say that the 4p rights issue shares were sold to market after the rights issue at 5p per share you would get 1p for each rights issued share you were entitled to minus the company costs for the rights issue. So if you had 1,000 shares now ... that is 10,000 share rights ... so if sold for 1p over the rights issue price you would get £100 - company costs.

Signed a MoU with a new partner last year. They do have financial backing. But EEL will be lucky to receive just a fraction of the $270m they ploughed into the asset.

No it's not the best is it. After selling i sit back and think " why the hell did i even jump in in the first place". But i have no worries here. CMR seem to be moving along well, yes there will be delays ... even GFM had delay... and even another placing won't take too much of a shine off this when 3 mines are producing. I actually bought in here this morning. 30k at mid - 8.5p. Market cap of £2.5m. The IVA book is now worth £16.8m and is worth 75% of the value ... even at 50% of the value it is £8.4m. I feel ACG have been holding out for too much and if they dropped the price they would get the sale they are looking for. Well i feel it is a good speculative buy at these levels. Like i said, IF they manage to sell at only half the value at £8.4m that is more than 3 times the current market cap and, as they mentioned in March, they are debt free. I have bought and will hold for less gloomy times. Regards IHNC
