It shouldn't matter, but it *could* be partly psychological. If each drill is planned to hopefully be bigger and better than the last, it keeps the positivity going. Picking random numbers... if 3 drills result in 4000BPD each, a 1500 looks like a disappointment.

UOG and ADL *did* rise into spud.

Show me some oilers that rise in the first week after spud.

I'm annoyed at this... I don't mind a placing to move an asset forward but I don't like the suggestion of inside info and the semi-public posting of it in advance... which hurts the SP and the terms of the raise.

He has thousands of Tweets, i'm not digging through them. Do you know if he's suggested an ADL placing multiple times over the last few months?

Utter s***e. That is not how the real world works for a list of reasons that have othing to do with ADL.

The article doesn't even explain how it "works" it just repeats the fact that it's happening.

SP/volume pretty much always cools off after spud. People have had weeks (months?) to get money in if they wanted. News or leaks or BS traders making up stories about leaks will be the catalysts for the next big move.

For holders, this is the time to sit patiently :)
