George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Still don't like being the one to pour cold water... MMs aren't going to stockpile shares on an unknown outcome. The bid has held around 0.48-0.5 so placees can continue (forward) selling at a profit. The placing shares have probably been admitted now.
Tiny trade count here and on BOIL. Not much on UOG and more happening for RBD...but they have a distressed seller to contend with.
Definitely no leaks (yet?) though :) A bit of ADL ramping on Twitter.
A company is not responsible for issuing a holdings RNS. It's down to the buyer/seller or maybe their broker.
I'm going to sit on the conservative side and say that the placing shares will stop the initial re-rate from being too sharp and those numbers will only happen upon sale. The sale of Colter by all partners is assumed/expected. As of yet it is not guaranteed.
...and is all conditional on Colter working. I'm in...but staying grounded, despite it being an appraisal.
:)
Hello all. Decided to post in here seeing as RBD/Corallian are pulling the strings here.
Realistically, what will be needed for a sale, assuming Colter does what it's expected to? I imagine a CPR. I can't see a string of jack-ups being popular. I feel like there' won't be much more that can be done without a drill from Wytch Farm, which makes me wonder if the path is fairly short.
:)
Assumption 1: Colter is successful. Assumption 2: There's an estimated 37M recoverable between Main and South.
At the moment, if ADL sell their stake and get:
$10 per barrel, that's an SP of about 3.7p
$15 per barrel, that's an SP of about 5.6p
Assumption 1: Colter is successful. Assumption 2: There's an estimated 37M recoverable between Main and South.
At the moment, if BOIL sell their stake and get:
$10 per barrel, that's an SP of about 1.62p
$15 per barrel, that's an SP of about 2.4p
...then there's the tax losses on top.
Evening :) Why would 15M recoverable not be worthwhile when the original target was "only" 22M (Mean Prospective)?
I still think it's too early to know :)
You mean the two 1.9M trades? I think they're buys
I had a similar plan! Maybe the extended drill here has saved us from a mistake.
Common interest in Colter :) I keep an eye on all the partners to see if there's info that hasn't made it to all boards :)
No idea who's recommending your posts because you're pretty much talking to yourself in here. Hmmmm.
RBD trades from 27th, UOG joining AIM and ADL ones could be buys. Does look a bit odd, though, yes.
Can't see there being a leak.
If they've already agreed, there'd be an RNS.....
* the conditional ones probably not.
It'll be interesting if (positive) news is released before the shares officially hit the market. The unconditional ones could have been admitted by then... the unconditional ones probably not.
I hope the placing shares don't get in the way of a good SP increase.
If he was involved, he did a crap job of that too!
Given the connections between RBD and Corallian...and Corallian are the operator..... if they want to sell it, it makes NO real sense for the minor partners to hold on. Easier to sell it all. RBD want to make a name for themselves as a company that finds oil and sells assets on for production. They will be keen to make their first sale.
Timescale unknown.......price unknown.
He is pushing Colter pretty hard. I would take it as a warning sign, thankfully the drill bit cannot be influenced by him. If he's trying to get the herd into Colter partners, he's doing a crap job. His "star" must have been dented by the UJO nonsense.
