Please can you tell me where it was called a deadline?

17th Sep RNS says what is needed. What do you think could be gained by releasing another RNS? Timing is due to regulatory sign-off- outwith BOIL and UPL control.

If the delays are obvious, what do investors need kept in the loop over?

That's easy. Now there's a defined path to drilling, resource updates and maybe even production, although the red tape for that is its own issue/timeline. Yes, a % of the asset had to be given up, but the end result is the same as diluting over and over again to fund each stage of development.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the suspension part of the progress puts people off. At the very least it could put people off buying large amounts. I understand it. Lock-ins remove options- especially if the cash is needed for something unexpected in the real-world.

There could/should be a fascinating scramble to buy in once suspension is lifted.

On 30 August 2018, the N Sand anomaly well Pintadillo-1 was spudded. This is one of four N Sand anomalies identified by the Company in the central part of the Platanillo block. The A anomaly has estimated P50 resources of 11.44 MMBO.

The institutional increases are down to normal holders.

Its not (example) Hargreaves holding as a supportive investment, it's their clients- PIs who hold shares in their portfolio.

How has the date been hidden? A mention of its inclusion IS IN THE TITLE OF THE RNS. If someone can't pick info out of a short and useful RNS, they shouldn't be investing

"could and forecast" are very legally necessary words.

Along with "There can be no absolute guarantee that forecast, targeted or calculated rates of production will be achieved."

They are forward-looking statements. Yea, it dampens the tone, but they HAVE to add in disclaimers.

As far as i'm aware, proper II involvement (for client portfolios etc) can happen once a SP is consistently over £100M. I'm sure that there are exceptions (lower) if a stock looks good enough.

I've seen supportive investment in AIM listings at £1M MCAP.

So..... will there be oil show RNS....single or plural???? Will they be able to keep everything quiet until analysis is complete?

If that was the case, AMER would (should) have a really tasty cash balance to go looking for assets. MCAP should reflect cash plus or minus any hype around possible new assets or dividend.

A pleasant theory. An even more pleasant one would be some BoD changes by that point- people with a history of getting things done coupled with a bit of ambition!
