Interesting, I looked at this just 30 minutes ago when it clearly said ‘suspended’ now it clearly says ‘Market closed’ having said that I’ve not looked at it after hour before today.

CRAZY.... I’ve only just noticed ADVFN (it’s a load of ******) but EX posts continuously on there too.

I really can’t get my head around why someone without any financial benefits would want or care so much to post SO MUCH on at least 2 forums.

And why won’t that happen... AZ said they would get the audited accounts & interim report out by month end- which he delivered on. He also stated in a recent RNS that we will have more information and names by the end of January.....

Having got caught with an 'unintended consequence' from the change in year-end, SYME is 'doing things by the book'. It would be folly to have proposed -or agreed (if imposed) - a timetable that it didn't expect to meet.

Exactly, SYME has agreed to the timetable of by month end so will deliver.

Theres a lot of drivel on here today about how this share has gone 'never to be seen again' and your money is lost etc etc....

The Company will seek a restoration of its listing immediately following publication of its audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2020, "which are both expected before 31 January 2021." It should be noted that prior to the shortening of the accounting reference period announced on 19 January, SYME was not in breach of either the Companies Act 2006 requirements or the DTR as to the timing for the filing of accounts and remains in full compliance with Companies Act 2006 accounts filing requirements.

Early in the New Year, the eligible Client Companies will receive a formal, confidential communication from SYME disclosing the identity of the Inventory Funder and the time-table to execute their individual inventory monetisation transactions. Shortly thereafter, the Company intends to disclose to the market the identity of the Inventory Funder, the key features of the Inventory Monetisation programme and the targeted positive revenue impact for SYME.

The Company expects to make these disclosures within the next month once the Inventory Funder confirms its release from the non-disclosure agreement or as required by market disclosure regulations.
