If so, does it much matter if the bridge is progressing?

Gosh ... Tom Winnifrith - used to be telly, there's a blast from the past. "Let the trend be your friend" - very true, except one of my shares recently was merrily upwards for ages and I added on dips and then...something happened and now it's c.10% of the price it was 6 months ago, The trend ends at some point. So let the trend be your friend, but maybe don't trust it with your spouse.

I heard a report saying esports in Europe are worth some huge figure, something like 100 billion euro or more. Then I heard someone say that blockchain generally is used as a layer of some kind, presumably security or encryption for some reason, in games (and perhaps esports as it was in the same context). If so, if OBC can get a chunk of that, well... don't worry about the pizza, boys, you can have as much as you want. Bunsenb123, afaik it is about 18% or 17.6% was the stat I found elsewhere to LSE so I won't post the link. LSE may have the stat somewhere too. But DYOR because I'm just a private investor with no expertise except in this.

A bit of luck is always necessary, I don't care what anyone says about making your own luck etc. People, projects, whatever all have to be spotted by the right market at the right time, IMO and experience some of it is mostly a lottery and I call that luck. Seen it too many times to just say hard work, smarter work and persistence is all a person needs. Right place, right time always comes into it first and foremost. A topical example is must've been several earlier obscure Greta Ts, but she caught the eye of the global press and became famous as the time was right, just as Swampy (Dan H) in the UK before her.
Anyway, I think there are 13k cryptocurrencies or 'coins' competing ... right? It seems increasingly like the pizza (see earlier 2021 posts) has helped them focus and things sound better than I'd thought to my crypto novice ears. Of course, yeah, I'm just a hopeful holder (very LTH so far) and so that's what I want to believe is the case, and preferably before they put me in an old people's home.

I see Crypto Daily has 52k followers on Twitter, and that's probably not bad, but when I click About on their website, it just scrolls me back up the page. So, how influential is CD? More influential than I am, and that's all I know. CD and Polygon would nonetheless seem reasonably good news and another building block maybe.

I hope those posting negatively here have fair, honest and reasonable reasons for doing so. Anything else ain't cricket.

Boarded a coach with my mum when I was a kid on the south coast of England for a mystery tour. The coach started up, drove around a nearby street for a minute or so and then the driver pulled in, switched off the engine and hopped out sharpish. One of the passengers at the front called out to him "Is that it?!"

What someone said below reminds me of that time. We continued on later, obviously. I hope the same's true now, especially 'cause some of us ain't a spring chicken with masses of time to go.

Interesting, lots of trades, 46p-49p a few moments ago. I think it touched 50p on the Ask earlier. Lots of trades compared to a typical session. I can't see any news, so same question as I asked earlier in the year, but likely none of us here knows the answer. NAV seen as going up? Some new deal somewhere? Watching with renewed hope now.

Someone in the market for at least 50k today? (Assuming it's a buy as it seems to be.)

Grateful to Dj for the updates. I had to look up 'wrapped Bitcoin' at Gemini:
