Glad I doubled down at 373p. Good result here. Did set this out as one for the longer run rather than trade in and out.

Company has a lot going well. Confusing to value though as company has made so many transactions in past few years.

Ordered some bricks. Had to wait 8 days for them to deliver. Good driver /operator when they turned up.

They are very busy as the moment along with other stores in the region. I hope that translates into greater profits this year.

Aside from being a shareholder that gives some bias, they do help customers quite well. A few months back they went above and beyond to get some

Buying at this level is more likely to reap something good, rather than sow regret.

Land bank minus debt and trade payables is 4x mcap. Even if they do continue to sell some at less than what they paid for it, they can trundle on.

Sales will be slow for some time, less people around to afford these new builds. Maybe govt will drop the requirement for so many 'affordable'. Slash 106 money. Or something to help the builders.

I bought at 44p/51p and will wait out a decent rise.

So at 90p is will be at 8x pre tax profit with the 10m buyback tailwind

Sold these at 38.47p this time last year. I missed the top but was happy enough.

Having read many of the RNSs of late, there is (what a lot of you are saying) some potential upside.

As I see it, if some people have put $10m in last week, albeit at 7p, there has to be some belief there.

I don't see it as a lost cause. The potential to go to the wall exists, but so to is there potential for a new dawn.

They have cash in the bank to see them through for a good while yet.

I thought data centres with grid connection were in demand? Are their sites no use for AI?

They have 12 sites in places such as North/central London, Glasgow etc that they own.

I heard that getting a power grid connection for a new one is difficult.

What am I missing?

Having faith is a help. My mistake was putting in a big lump in at the start rather than a little at a time.

Dividends have been good and should continue.

I assume the revenue they receive is multiplied by 10-20x and punched into a formula to calculate land values.

Whenever I have looked to see how much money they earn from the electricity it seems to be hidden deep inside the documents in very small print.

They don't make a huge amount compared to what the make from land value uplift etc.

Anyway I have bought some more BSIF 70.4p and ORIT 57.8p today and reckon I will not lose money. Who else bought and retains ORIT at 102p? I sold my BSIF before the div at 83.3p so not sitting underwater on those.

Indeed, it has risen 10pct today. 90p gives me a profit. However, those that bought in and kept at the float 195p, will be a little disheartened.

Bought back in today at 1894p have more now than when sold at 3918p - for half the capital.

There is promise with environment testing, pyrene and the neuro area.

The Chinese may come unstuck trying to find cheaper alternatives.

The upside outweighs the negatives here at this point in time. A fair chance that they find new revenue streams vs a gradual deterioration of income as contracts come to an end.

At 6 parts per million I suspect the cost of refinement exceeds the sale price. Though Rio Tinto / Indium Corporation seem to be looking to grab 5-10% of world market.

Sometimes if others have pumped lots in at higher than today it feels better.

The fact that they have a revenue stream albeit one that is half what it was last year makes it investable for me.

Any uptick in oil prices could see a bounce. Whilst production is in long term decline there is potential to get to the point where Paradox is up and running without needing too much extra cash input.

Could not have foreseen Polar Capital LLP dumping 5pct of company

I am still reeling from buying 26785 OXB at 4.5p and selling at 10.23 rather than 2000p.

I want to see a biotech company rise out of the mire and still have a holding. RENX is one such potential to go from 7.32p to 100p despite the 50% dilution last year.

Every trade is wrong. Sold too soon or too late. It is just numbers though thankfully and gives me lots of enjoyment and satisfaction regardless of the outcomes.

They have just sold the SA chrome and PGM operations ($141m enterprise value - $90m proceeds)

I need to do more research/delving as those proceeds are near enough the mcap.

I am in at 5p so need to see if worth adding. They had FY25-rev:$141m, FY25-EBITDA:$13.6m

They have had to make some things to pay out on though.
