Lansdowne is bellow 5% or even out now. TR1 official data is more accurate than the website. Lansdowne are selling off in many stocks I think they are struggling. Nothing to do with how companies are doing, they just getting out. We should move up now they are gone

Duster has a point actually...indeed the asset could now be proven many more multiples of value. If that is the case the sp will certainly be very well rewarded. Production soon, diamonds news is a bonus. Lots to look forward to

So near production, funding news to come & much more....once in production I expect Huge share buybacks from the bod. Overall we are heading in the right direction. Pointless getting scared out at this stage. I still see huge upside in this share price over the coming months/years

Debt financing

“The Company announces that negotiations with two institutional investors in relation to a non-equity linked asset backed debt structure linked to Baita Plai have now reached a well developed stage. Such financing would be used inter alia for refinancing the Tranche 1 Convertible Bonds issued to Atlas Special Opportunities LLC.

Due diligence to secure the financing has commenced and in order to expedite this the Company is now accelerating and expanding its drilling and metallurgical test work process. The Company looks forward to updating the market in due course on further developments regarding the refinancing.“
