Who remotely competes and has the same scale and brand? The only way I see this going with there being so much consolidation in the transports and logistics sector is it being bought out. Let’s hope someone comes in whilst the SP is where it is

It’s no longer mineral sand, likewise and forgive the example you’ve never held a bottle of coke up and said “behold as I drink from a vessel of sand” it’s no longer sand, it’s glass. We don’t recycle or mineral sand vessels we recycle glass.

I know you said you’ve consulted solicitors on this and they got nervous but I have two solicitor friends. One is a human rights solicitor and the other an ambulance chaser. I asked the definition yesterday as to what’s the difference between perjury and perverting the course of justice, he confessed to not knowing 100% but said they’re one of the same really he thinks one is before court and one whilst sat in court but most definitely wasn’t 100%.

If you tell me you’ve specifically asked solicitors who are within the mining realms/industry I’d be worried and if so please forward me their contacts as I’ll pay them to firm up my understanding.

I apologise if I get this wrong but I wanted a clear definition myself, so google and Wikipedia it was…..

“The source of heavy mineral sands is in a hardrock source within the erosional areas of a river which carries its load of sediment into the ocean, where the sediments are caught up in littoral drift or longshore drift. Rocks are occasionally eroded directly by wave action shed detritus, which is caught up in longshore drift and washed up onto beaches where the lighter minerals are winnowed.

The source rocks which provide the heavy mineral sands determine the composition of the economic minerals. The source of zircon, monazite, rutile, sometimes tungsten, and some ilmenite is usually granite. The source of ilmenite, garnet, sapphire and diamond is ultramafic and mafic rocks, such as kimberlite or basalt. Garnet is also sourced commonly from metamorphic rocks, such as amphibolite schists. Precious metals are sourced from ore deposits hosted within metamorphic rocks.”

‘Transport’

“The accumulation of a heavy mineral deposit requires a source of sediment containing heavy minerals onto a beach system in a volume which exceeds the rate of removal from the trap site. For this reason not all beaches which are supplied by sands containing heavy minerals will form economic concentrations of the minerals. This factor can be qualitatively or quantitatively measured through the ZTR index.”

It’s quite specific in that it’s not just simply sand from a sandstone it can be the “sands” made up from a variety of heavy rocks which are eroded to make a fine “sand”.

I disagree with your comment “if you crush sandstone you get sand”, if you crush anything up enough you would have what looks like a “sand” crush a gold bar enough the result is not gold “sand” if it ends up being grain like.

I’m not trying to rubbish your question and you know what from a drill core result of the every metre containing titanium how much of that may be sand? There will be some, no doubt, but I wouldn’t worry yourself about the crush of the sandstone.

There are two “mineral sand deposits” in Australia; coburn and Tormin, they’re huge both on the coast. You only need to look at where this find it to see that we’re not on the coast.

Can we stop mentioning GGP here please? She's like the one that got away. The one i had fun with (made a lot of money and thought I'd done well when I sold) only to see her blossom, fill out in all the right areas, get a high paying job, and with which she could have had me retired early. Can you shed some light on though.... even though Titanium is well worth the extra effort, time, money chasing as its much more valuable is there Copper there too?

If a copper company comes along and says "listen are we ok to process the tailings?" if there is copper it is another side avenue although I'd imagine they wouldn't want to be tied up in this.

I'm not trying to make something of nothing other than the initial "we believe there to be copper here" I've not heard anything else since about the stuff unless I've got it wrong and I've missed something?

Two drilled holes, situated 30 kilometres apart, have demonstrated titanium mineralization. This acts as a precursor to the company's confidence in the same mineral presence for a forthcoming third hole, located centrally within a vast anomaly.”

Empire Metals Ltd has identified more shallow-level titanium from the first five assays received from a four-hole reverse circulation (RC) drill programme at Pitfield in Western Australia.

A new shallow zone of bedded higher-grade TiO2 mineralisation was identified from the assays, in addition to extending the overall broad footprint of significant TiO2 mineralisation already discovered.

Empire said the best result for the assays is an interval of 154 metres at 5.51% TiO2 from the surface.

More good results are expected from the remaining assays, Empire added. At the same time, a consultant has been appointed to carry out an Electron Probe Microanalysis on RC drill hole rock chip samples.

This will help identify the mineral assemblage within the rocks.

Shaun Bunn, Empire’s managing director, said: "These exceptional drill results provide further evidence of the massive 40km long surface footprint of bedded...“

“Set to begin in February, the drilling programme involves 40 reverse circulation drill holes and four diamond core drill holes, specifically targeting two high-grade titanium-mineralised zones.

Just as an aside note I’d seriously suggest you think twice about shorting, you’ve wrote previously you want to build a pile up and then pack in. You can make incredible amounts shorting but you can also lose incredible amounts too… more than the “value” of the stock amount you short. You’ve got three kids and so naively shorting (because the platforms are easy to download and use) I’d seriously recommend against.

As I’ve said all along with regards SB put aside his lack of sales patter and look at how excited he’s getting.

It seems very much so but will this processing plant onsite be the very first of its kind due to high the concentrations and the type of sediment that it’s in?

-theres 40,000 needles in this haystack so you'll find a good amount of them quickly and it won't require much effort. Best anaology I could think of.

Another thing,

Dig 2 ft to get to a shiny coin,you would have it out in minutes.

This site, if its as good as Shaun says it is, has shiny pennie's an inch below the surface, every inch of the 2ft in loose sand and for miles around.

There's a few variables at play here which, if they're proven to be correct and sured up, could make this an unbelievable find.

It might not neccesarily be the biggest but, off what SB is saying, its looking like its going to be the easiest and most effficient mine on the planet.

He might be blowing a load of hot air, bare face lying and hiding other results but if he's telling the truth and he knows his onions having been a "mineral scientist" for 35+ years we're onto something.

I've said it before and I'll say it again this SB's business accumen, route to market, sales technique can all be questioned HE DOESNT COME ACROSS AS A SALESMAN not at all, but hes excited at what he's found and if its as big as he says it is, it'll sell itself.

Like yourself I still work, I don't have a mountain of cash and I'm invested in a risky AIM company so know the feeling. I doubled my money in GGP, it went on and on and on and on and on from there I kicked myself.

Try and stop worrying at what you bought in at. If there's a tiny amount of you that thinks this could 2x or 10x from here then either way you'll be, from a percentage point of view, well up from here.

Currently I have a buy order on at 8.17 to buy some more shares as I think it may dip again, if it does my shareholding will be significantly down but quite simply I don't care as I think this could bag and bag from here in my unprofessional opinion.

If its bothering you too much like it is if it gets above your average I'd suggest you downsize your shareholding but just don't get angry at me if it goes on to bag and bag with half your holding.

Is share investing really for you pal? It shouldn't be so emotional and personal and this bulletin board should be used only as a reference for links to useful information or pointers to things in RNS' which you may have been missed.

Firstly the present/past what did you want? The bloke gave answers which basically said "yes but we're looking at 1-2 years away as opposed to anything sooner but this is an outrageously good find nonetheless"

Secondly, and this is the most important, what do you want? SB to fob off? Does he not sell the dream enough? Wowza so lets sell, lets belittle the man and get someone flash in. The SP will DOUBLE wowza, whoopdeedoo the find of a generation and it doubles quickly and unfortunately then gets bought up, we all sit here and ponder what it would have been like if we held out if this was played out more slowly. In the meantime the new huge major brags in their next RNS how much of a cash cow they've got and how little they paid.

Slow and Steady just settle yourselves.
