Harlequin Energy Limited ("Harlequin") have formally confirmed to Georgina Energy PLC ("GEX") its intention to proceed with funding for the Hussar EP513 prospect for the anticipated recovery of Helium, Hydrogen and Natural Gas.

Under the terms of a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) governing the drilling program for Hussar, Harlequin, and Aztech will plan all site activities in line with the Government (DMPE) approved Well Management Plan (WMP) lodged by Georgina in 2025.

The proposal would involve Harlequin funding and entering into a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) for the drilling of the well, including logistics and planning thereof. This will involve working with Georgina's engineering consultants, Aztec Well Construction and coordinating with one of the world leaders in oilfield services (Schlumberger) who have been engaged by Harlequin.

As per the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (the "MOU") that was signed with Georgina Energy PLC ("GEX") on a non-exclusive basis in August 2024. Harlequin Energy ("Harlequin") are pleased to announce that they have now provided the required Proof of Funds required under the terms of the MOU.

The MOU with GEX will provide Harlequin with the exclusive option to acquire the rights to 100% of the helium, hydrogen and natural gas produced by GEX from their two gas redevelopments at Hussar and Mount Winter.

The required backing was provided by a Colorado based family office, with investments and assets under management of over nine billion dollars and who have been a long-term partner of Harlequin

Some great similarities to RKH, only GEX has a bigger resource Hussar and another coming into its stable just as big soon Mt Winter.

RKH Falklands Sealion, was a similar low share base as it started its , moving towards drill and then spud, from 5p to 25p settling

at 20-22p , brokers note 89p, declared est 500mbo (3 tcf gas eq ) roared to kiss £5.72p.

Hussar - prospective recoverable resources at the site are estimated at 2.9 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of natural gas (covers Sealion alone)

with an additional 283 billion cubic fee (BCF) of helium and 315 { BCF of hydrogen.

Georgina Energy Plc, GEX.L is pleased to advise it has received the draft Aboriginal Land Rights Agreement (ALRA) from the Central Land Council (CLC) to facilitate the granting of EPA155 Mt Winter which will lead to the 100% ownership of Oilco Pty Ltd, the current tenement holders. The Agreement is being reviewed by Georgina and execution is anticipated subject to Traditional Landowners approval.

The seller has never said , no longer selling either............
