Diamond Update

The Company notes that the current geopolitical climate in the Middle East has resulted in delays of certain diamond sales, which were originally scheduled to be completed in Dubai. The Company is in advanced discussions regarding alternative sales channels in Antwerp and expects to conclude these arrangements in the coming weeks. The Company will provide further updates to the market in relation to the Proposed Transaction and the diamond sales as and when appropriate.

Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC) said.

Organised by Samir Gems, the sale of rough diamonds from Sacim Sarl drew strong international interest, with 47 bidders submitting 311 bids.

The event was held from February 16 to 20, 2026 at AWDC’s trading facility.

This was the first tender of Congolese diamonds in Antwerp since the lifting of state-imposed restrictions on rough diamond sales in June 2025, restoring access to the open market for major producers.

Average prices achieved at the tender were 41.6 PERCENT HIGHER than those fetched in other trading hubs, organisers said.

“The prices for the rough diamonds achieved were significantly higher than in other trading centres, and the number of high-quality participants in the tender was also greater,” remarked Anjal Bhansali of Samir Gems.

AWDC CEO Karen Rentmeesters highlighted the “strong presence” of international buyers physically attending the diamond tenders, adding this created robust competition, leading to optimal prices for the goods.

Was 3.01p some 13 months ago when in production and market prices for Zircon and Mineral sands depressed. Late 2025 when PYX already suspended

prices started to recover, with the long term forecast, prices moving up and up, over the coming years.

Was there ever, a better right time right place to return to production.

The RKAB has been reduced from 30 items to 10, the main problem as the Minister has explained, has been the new online system and the

form of data submitted by applicants, causing a few teething problems, so he is hopeful this is a one off as the new system beds in.

Dropped and been rangebound 0.15-0.30p for ages, now appears to be finally breaking out of that bottom.

Prices recovering and set to rise, so a return to 3p and beyond beckons for PYX IF/WHEN it gets back to production
