Most have zero interest in what a company may or may not do in the future, own agenda and gone, have even seen such (cough) ii's TR1 a full exit to zero holding, only 3 days before a discovery declared, bird in the hand made millions on the way up, on the anticipation rise on that one sub 10p to 55p, nothing left to spoil their plans if that discovery had been a duster and opened at 3p........always have their own agenda.
The real investment houses etc , all pulled back in the late 90's and if you read their blurb, fine print on many , do not even look at a share , unless stable , Market over £50m (many on US Market $100m / £75m)
Left new players like YA PN II (first up 2000 about 3 name changes to current since - wonder why lol) to take the majority by the ball locks, with a beggars can't be choosers p&d confetti death spiral wonga run market for them and their cohorts, until a company in a position to move up to better players and or self fund going to production/revenues.
When most BOD talk shareholders, they are not talking about you and I, just the ones who get profits out of every deal and keep them going for years, until they can break free of their clutches..........
