If its is its low volume trickle flow, previous bod placings, usually went on the lines of pump with a set of news flow, then the billions of share days would start, 7-10 days later the placing announcement (lots of forward selling down from the high already completed) sell down eventually fire sale completed (on below placing price , made their vig on the way down and then the recovery.......... delayed bigger trades then in the £65k to £100k+ range, some slid through the AQSE while buys dominated the AIM list (sneaky two hats)
AB has been consistent in his , no placing required status, fully funded at the company level and moving through 2025, all additional Chuditch drill costs etc, covered by the non equity route (JV - Pacific investment etc etc)
So he better have a good excuse to shaft/// dilute his holders at this stage of the game, not adverse to placings, if they are done for good reason and are accretive to the company's future. E.g. a Godfather offer on another say Indonesian asset that is near term revenue spinning, short term pain for long term gain etc.
Still think AB has an interest in at least one under development asset in Indonesia (under one of his other hats 😉😅)
He laid it out plain and simple, his mission, to build Sunda Energy into a mid tier Asian focused GAS Company, which suggests across the sector involvement (up-mid-downstream) With his huge range of contacts, he is very likely to be tempted if another great deal is offered to him in the region.......
Anything else at this stage would seriously damage his previously well earned REP 🙄🤦♂️
As said can be good , for the right reasons BUT would question the common sense, if with current huge share base, another confetti drop occurred before a progression rise and share consolidation, eg 0.55p 10-1 5.5p or 100-1 55p style of consolidation, hopefully higher but you get the gist.......GLA
Raise on the back of success after consolidation, makes company more attractive to REAL INVESTORS (in for Journey not just a spike and gone) with far less % damage to the new share base, its the route taken by many of the markets, more successful companies that have transited from EXPLORER , to PRODUCTION companies........GLA
