· Oracle and Riversgold Limited ("Riversgold") continue to advance Northern Zone towards a Mine Development and Closure Plan (MDCP).

· Geotechnical drilling has now commenced at the project.

· This latest important drilling programme will inform the rock strength for pit slope design and ongoing mine planning studies towards the finalisation of the MDCP.

· As previously announced, conversion of the Northern Zone tenement to a Mining Lease is well advanced and is expected shortly.

· Oracle and Riversgold have previously signed a Right to Mine and Co-Operation Agreement with MEGA Resources (MEGA) in respect of the Northern Zone Gold Project.[1]

· MEGA will provide all development and mining funding for Northern Zone on a 50/50 profit share basis.

Naheed Memon, CEO of Oracle, commented:

"This small but important diamond drilling programme will acquire whole rock core in the fresh rock zones across the porphyry intrusion, the analysis of which will provide critical structural and rock strength data for pit slope stability in final pit design work for the MDCP. The imminent Mining Lease grant and MDCP maturation, will provide long-term security of tenure for the Northern Zone Gold Project for the ultimate benefit of our shareholders and our partners in the development of Northern Zone."

With the Central deal now dead, the only things GEX should be funding are Aztech and per another RNA update..........

The Company is working with another mineral explorer in the district to share the costs of equipment, crew mobilisation and demobilisation

for repair of the access roads and airstrip.

The Company's technical consultants, Aztech Well Construction, have issued additional RFQs in support of the planned drilling programme including for casing, wellhead, and service company support for electric logging, casing running and cementing, drilling fluid engineering, wellsite geology, mudlogging and gas sampling/laboratory analysis services.

The drilling and completion programme, site infrastructure, airstrip and access route civil works, which includes the water well drilling required to develop Hussar into a producing asset, will be funded solely by Harlequin Energy and their partners in a structured Offtake funding arrangement that is non-dilutive for Georgina shareholders. Civic engineering for access and site works are anticipated to commence in late Q1 or Q2, 2026, with drill testing expected in Q3 2026.

Already negotiated, just need to firm up slot dates, all rig bookings approximate, users understand this and always subject to the previous

user over running their slot to complete work program, handover dates never fixed in stone.

Georgina Energy Plc, GEX.L is pleased to announce that, following extensive consideration, it has executed a letter awarding Ensign Australia Pty Ltd for the proposed drilling program at Hussar EP513. The final terms remain under negotiation and will be finalised with an agreed and executed Contract for the supply of an Ensign 970 drill rig for the Hussar prospect re-entry well in EP513.

The rig is an ADR (Automated Drilling Rig)-1500 model with a hook load (capacity to lift drill string, tools etc) of 750,000 lbs and capable of drilling to 5,000m depth with 5" drill pipe (note the prognosed TD of the Hussar well is c.2,800m).

Harlequin Energy and its consultants Schlumberger Oilfield UK Limited are working closely with the Company and its Consultants for the drilling of the Hussar well and field development in a structured Offtake arrangement that is non-dilutive for Georgina shareholders.

The money is not on GEX books, its with the partners, who will pay for all, so at the mo, GEX is priced as most minnows

waiting to get going and with zero revenues.......

Now need the news to flow, on rig timing confirmed, preps in motion for rig to move in

A lot riding for AP on the Higher Gems being in the $2000 - $4000 bracket, fingers crossed, more that 1 of the remaining stones

at the higher end of that range, bonus ball 1 might exceed that range.......GLA

Around 8000-10000 ct Highest cleaned and poss polished quality , not put into the earlier auction, so with the unsold lower gem 2965

Harlequin has given notice to proceed with funding of the drilling of the Hussar-2 well within the EP513 Lease and undertaken to complete site repairs to the airstrip and access roads, construction of drilling pads, water wells and camp location pad, in preparation for drilling as set out in the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") signed on 24th August 2024. The Company has undertaken due diligence AND BEEN PROVIDED WITH Harlequin's USD$25 million structured offtake funding facility to finance Georgina's drilling program.

HUSSAR EP513: Harlequin has engaged Schlumberger Oilfield UK Limited to work in conjunction with Georgina's technical consultants (Aztech Well Construction) to proceed with the planning, engineering and drilling of an exploration well at Hussar. Harlequin will fund the Hussar drill program in a structured offtake financing arrangement.

The drilling program and site infrastructure works required to develop Hussar into a producing asset will be funded solely by Harlequin and their partners in a structured offtake funding arrangement that is non-dilutive for Georgina shareholders.

Now the distraction has gone, expecting an acceleration of preps May-June for Q3 Drilling of Hussar-2 as planned.............GLA

Been in dozens of RTO's all have suspended at some point, hoping this one follows the same pattern as another main market about 2 years ago

Similar here would have current 8p , more like a 15p conversion rate and 80p - £1 re rating on return.

Has 1 RTO fall off a cliff, 5 that failed to happen and about another 50 all of which have been lucrative with 200 - 10000 rises overall

With its current MC of £3m being 3% , would need a company returning with a value of £100m

as most expecting much higher once established and ramping up production

You are aware, under the new rules implemented by the London Market about 18 months ago and rubber stamped last year, the MINIMUM requirement

for a MAIN MARKET RTO is a returning company, with a valuation over £30 Million, so at minimum on share split for the deal, the current holders will

have 3% of a £30m company, be that still AMG or newco, new name as part of the RTO process.

We just have to see what valuation is placed on the target company and it will be 3% of that, which will have some worth, keep fingers crossed

they value the newco , well in excess of expectations.......GLA

supposed to be the HIGHEST QUALITY of the parcel, in which case, should be bringing in much higher prices than that $1100 pc....GLA
