No spud here, re-entry of H1 and extension into Hussar-2, the H1 discovery well was drilled 2040 (above salt , priority targets below)

So only 760m of new drilling required, H1 re-entry hold viable and this could be a quicker drill than expected, previously spoken of

as TD 3200 and around 50 day drill, 1160 of new drilling..........GLA

The MOU with GEX will provide Harlequin with the exclusive option to acquire the rights to 100% of the helium, hydrogen and natural gas produced by GEX from their two gas redevelopments at Hussar and Mount Winter.

The required backing was provided by a Colorado based family office, with investments and assets under management of over nine billion dollars and who have been a long-term partner of Harlequin as a provider of long term committed capital. The backer is privately held and invests across the full spectrum of oil and gas, real estate and banking. They have executed numerous high value transactions with both public and private companies in the US, Canada, Western Europe and the Middle East.

The family has been active in the oil and gas business for more than three generations through their own independent oil company, which has been active as an operator both onshore and offshore energy exploration and development in the U.S., Canada and the Eastern Mediterranean. This includes deep-water drilling and development in the Gulf of Mexico and the Eastern Mediterranean.

Alongside this relationship comes relationships with top tier banks who will also provide the required project finance and long-term debt needed to deliver the required infrastructure for the development of both Hussar and Mount Winter.

NZ plans to build LNG import facility for energy and economic growth.

The introduction of LNG could save more than NZ$265m ($160.21m) annually by reducing electricity price volatility and existing risk premiums.

The Government of New Zealand has announced plans to construct a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import facility to bolster the country’s energy reliability and economic expansion.

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and Energy Minister Simon Watts confirmed that the facility will act as a backup fuel source aimed at managing risks linked to dry years, stabilising electricity prices.

The government of New Zealand has announced plans to contract to build a new LNG import terminal in the Taranaki region that could open as early as 2027 or early 2028 (New Zealand Government press release, 09/02/2026). Considering a renewable electricity boom and a declining gas supply for the electricity sector, the country has decided to establish an LNG import facility to provide a backup fuel source and reduce price spikes on electricity prices. The country estimates that LNG availability will be worth about NZD1.2bn (USD725m) by 2035 on its economy, reducing volatility of energy prices and gas shortages. The government plans to review proposals and to progress on commercial contracting by mid-2026.

New Zealand’s capacity relies heavily on hydro (57% out of the country’s total 10 GW), which implies volatility for the electricity sector during dry years, when the country’s lakes run low. Gas follows its hydro capacity, representing 12% of New Zealand’s installed capacity

Harlequin are paying the vast majority of the costs, to drill and install equipment for wellhead sales and transport, GEX will have

little additional to pay, just the prep's portion they have stated as separate cover and poss jv with another company to share some

The proposal would involve Harlequin funding and entering into a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) for the drilling of the well, including logistics and planning thereof. This will involve working with Georgina's engineering consultants, Aztec Well Construction and coordinating with one of the world leaders in oilfield services who have been engaged by Harlequin.

That oilfield services was later identified as Schlumberger

Presume GEX still footing the bill for the AZTECH side of things........GLA

The less Harlequin have to spend to cover both Hussar and Mt Winter, the sooner the offtake agreement will pay them off and GEX can
