It's scarcity same with things like gold. Specifically with Bitcoin but not all Cryptos.

There will only ever be 21 million bitcoins. No more no less.

Same reasoning as there is only so much gold on earth.

If we discovered tomorrow how to make gold through some kind of allomancy we'd be in for a shock.

The same cant be said for the USD for example. Each year more can be printed devaluing what somebody has under the bed and making prices rise.

Bitcoins don't have that issue which is what makes them precious and valuable.

Like i'm not trying to sell you them, for sure they can go up and down but they definately have value.

I bought some Digibyte last year for example todays year earning on that is +1,505.21%

I treat them as shares, I tend not to use them as currency but day by day and year by year we get closer to seeing them being more and more mainstream.

Jag you can't apply it to all my examples but some, but that is the burden with currency it can't always be secure even your bank account can be hacked, or cloned etc.

I have no issue with you not liking cryptos or being apprehensive but it's purely wrong to state it has no value or no future.

It's not paid with crypto the card converts your crypto assets into whatever currency your paying with and pays it.

It's still paying with Crypto but also not.

If you have £10 in your pocket and it falls out and I pick it up you no longer have £10.

If you commit a crime and the government deems your money is now theirs you no longer have that money.

If you go bankrupt and the bank takes your house you no longer have a house.

If you have £10,000 under your bed and your currency collapses and bread now costs a wheelbarrow of cash you have nothing more than some bed stuffing.

You really need to apply logic to these arguments.

I keep physical gold/silver, Crypto, Gold Shares and cold hard Cash to hand.

It can be converted to sterling very easily or used to purchase whatever.

Your not applying logic to your argument which is where alot of people get it wrong.

Gold for example is only worth what people are willing to pay for it.

Bitcoin has a value today.

Gold has a value today.
