LW - have you considered GEO?

I hold FDR, WSBN and GEO…. all similar gold plays in Western Aus. Basically 3 chances of holding the next GGP.

GEO has the attraction of Callum Baxter. The land is his find and he is the geologist (I believe) that identified Havieron as a drill target…

I hold more OMI than WSBN, GEO and FDR combined..

Good to see PP posting. ARV was mentioned recently by Charles Archer and the chart does look to have bottomed so a low risk entry position?..

For comparison I remember being invested in MTL (and sold way too early) … don’t remember the debt now but they were paying off something like $60-$70mill. The share price rose as the debt was gradually paid off every quarter (which makes sense).

$15mill (if CAPEX does prove to be that) is so so low. It could be paid off in one quarter. And that number maybe conservative. There is no plant to build just the groundwork’s. And PEPAS is close to roads etc….

I’m maybe over simplifying but it’s just moving muck, groundwork’s that will cost money.

Also IF CAPEX is $15mill dollars to get PEPAS to production… that is peanuts.

The most exciting thing is that OMI isn’t need a JV.

They haven’t got the begging bowl out.

PEPAS will come into production and the cash flow will be massive. So any JV has to be a good deal..

Hey Smokey - no idea but $90mill dollars a year this could easily do x10 or more MCAP (surely)… so let’s say 150p.

But you’d have to give it time - AND it depends on them being able to mine the tonnage to get 30koz

Anyway 29,000oz … call it 30koz, then IF profit was $3000 that’s $90mill per annum for 12 years. All conjecture really but Brad said himself this is a unique opportunity and PEPAS will be a cash cow.

Said it before in this page this share is just prefect timing.

Likely to be looking at production early next year and by then POG will be over $4000 .. maybe $4500. Meanwhile AISC will be low (it’s open at surface and high grade!).

We could be talking profit of $3000/oz… maybe.
