It’s an intersting one - as you say BRICS going gold and trying to break free of the dollar.

The US meanwhile ignoring gold and looking to a bitcoin strategic reserve.

It’ll be curious to see where we are in 10 years and see if the dollar has lost its position..

Right now (and for the next few years) good and silver are where you need to be positioned (and copper too).

There aren’t many silver explorers on AIM. I’m aware of UFO, GSCU, ROCK.

Each has a compelling story. For GSCU it’s Sam Garrett, the cracking drill results and teeny tiny MCAP.

So long as the drill results keep coming (I’m somewhat confident they will). Then this is a steal. Drilling has restarted and interest will return (I should know - I did sell out and have bought back as there were opportunities like WSBN to pursue).

Talking of WSBN - Ezhik - that was lucky!!

Whatever happens it’s a new high and the SP will move on tomorrow… finally broken out of that sideways trend

I subscribed to Norhtstarbadcharts - genuinely love their charting work and I got a discount that made it palatable (I’m Scottish so I’m tight!!)

Their latest guess is $4300/oz for gold before a pullback (before going again).

Gold and silver are where you need to position yourself to ride out the coming storm in the markets (as you guys are quite rightly saying).

That’s where you’ll find most of my portfolio..

We’ve pulled a bit away from the SMA, and when that has happened we have tended to see a pullback before kicking on.

Only 6p (that stubborn bugger we struggled to crack) seems to be pinning the share price rather than pulling back. Which is nice.

SMA will catch up and the SP kick on again hopefully (likely) past 6.50p

It’s a skill - not buying earlier when the price was low.

Not a good skill, but a skill GSENT has honed over the years.

Raises are only an issue if you are having no success with the drill. Here we have managed some great drill results.

The way I see it (very simple cos I’m very simple)… a fundraise buys more drilling and buys more resource and a higher MRE if you have picked the right company. It’s just not a negative. It’s part of life and the return on the raise can be considerable.

Given the drill results to date this is looking like the right company to me. Then as you say price of gold, silver, copper help too…

Hey Wild Swimmer - it’s an exploration company so I’m fully expecting a fund raise, however previous raises were handled well and they raised into a news rich strong period for the share price. I expect the same again, it’s the nature of this type of business.

Nonetheless a fund raise can be a positive, removes finance concerns. WSBN, OMI and GSCU all put in good moves after fund raises…

Yeah I think Sharpey is relative safe, all the same derisking is never a bad thing.

I’m assuming Sharpey didn’t buy GSCU with 50% of his (or her portfolio) but it became so large due to the recent rise in SP - a nice problem to have!!

I )on the other hand) hold far less than 50% but bought higher (in theory 3s)… and am very happy with the risk-reward balance. I’ll be shocked (frankly) if we don’t get to 6p+
