Not on my screen.... still 3.00 - 3.49 as it has for god knows how long..... One trade - a sale of 1105 shares at 3.05 total value £33.67. Sums this crock up! How they have the audacity to release another RNS updating us yet aqain on achieving ABOLUTELY NOTHING in yet another quarter - with all imminent expectations now pushed back to the 2nd half of the year......WOW!

Can't blame you Didge. I too have reduced drastically - still have more shares than the CEO! Much better investments out there. Looking pretty dire now...!

The spread has been outrageous for months, if not years - rarely dipping below 15%. Today has been a strange old day - the bid has been fairly constant at .0315 but the ask has been up and down like a brides nightie. Still very little traded though....

Hemmings... you're right, we are all entitled to an opinion, and we could have all sorts going in our favour by the end of the quarter.... But just like the last quarter, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that, and the one before that...... I am expecting a lot of ...... nothing.....

I would not go as far as to say DB has been deceitful.... but for me he has gone from hero to zero over the past 12 months. What has he achieved??? SFA! Our shareprice says it all..... in fact I am surprised given the lack of any tangible achievement that we are where we are, and not back at 1p

The scary thing and main confusion for me is... How did we end up in this position...? When I first invested, we were producing coal, lots of it! We had first class assets. Then we were caught out by a series of unfortunate events... Strikes, Railroad subsidence's, price crashes... etc and we put our mines into care and maintenance. Why has it not been possible, after all this time, to get our own mines, that were producing not so long ago back into production...????

Lets hope we've got something in the pipeline... Clock is ticking for the RIO payment - and this protracted silence and lack of any significant achievement is killing us - and me! I think we will have to up the offer for UC if that is still the target, as there have been a lot of developments there since the last aborted attempt. Will their shareholders accept a second bite?

Thanks for posting Jantand. Has this deal gone exclusive now then.... That's that if so :-( What now for us? More silence and Bullpoo form the CEO about how hard they are working.....????

Well that's our short term cash crisis sorted ..... the gravy train of complete non-delivery can now continue at full salary for DB and the other inaffective board of directors. What a crock....

Hmmmm Compare that to here - not a single trade and a 24% spread!....

The Chinese Partner will get millions, if not billions of shares in return for stumping up the money....

Getting diluted to oblivion is my major worry..... My other big worry is more months of silence....until the cash runs out.

Very poor handling of the UC deal. Reflects badly on DB and the board of directors, who in my opinion now appear to be completely incompetent... days, weeks, months and now years of nothing. Frustrating is not the word any more..... Completely useless seems more appropriate.

If it is CA - they have past form for a similar scenario in Thorntons where they increased their stake. Can only bode well if so... Could we see a potential bid for the whole co? Bring it on!

Orbis been selling out for a while. That's a big chunk to clear, and it's not all been through normal markets, as there has not been enough volume - which means an inter-ii sale. Read into it what you will, but if Orbis has sold, someone has had the confidence to buy them. Until we get a 2nd holdings RNS we don't know who, but for me its a positive. As they have clearly been the seller in the market, and they have now cleared, I see a move back up on the cards. This is a big ship to turn, but CA clearly have confidence after their meeting last year, as they have been adding. If I remember correctly Maffa, did you not work for JPR?

Wow!! Look at the volume. Nice to see. Have they been our seller - hence the share price. If they have cleared, we could see some fireworks here!
