The options detailed in the schedule below are exercisable only under market conditions that demonstrate growth in the Company's market capitalisation. Band 1 options vest only after the Company's share price has maintained a 20 Day VWAP (Volume Weight Average Price) of 25p, Band 2 options vest only after the share price has maintained a 20 Day VWAP of 30p and Band 3 Options vest only after the share price has maintained a 20 VWAP of 40p within 2 years of the options being issued. If the price has not reached these price targets by 6 September 2024, the options will lapse; if they meet the criteria, the options can be exercised at any date to 6 September 2032 with an exercise price of 12p.

What i would like to see is some news before the main news. Maybe a new Non-executive Director and a conclusion of Val 301. This will create some excitement/momentum and when we get the news for val 201 then the market will feed off all positives news we had. When we conclude the legacy work then the shareholder will not keep looking back and the new work Suzy is doing will get priced in quickly.

I guess everyone is feeling little nervous. There will be only be two outcomes :- 1) TheoremRx, gets the money and we move VAL 201 forward 2) TheoremRx, cant get the money and we move on to someone else.

Where do I stand? I have to go with Suzy 100%. If after 10 months she is sticking with TheoremRx there has to be a good reason. I think TheoremRx value and appreciate the amount of stick Suzy is getting for standing with them. If i was them, I would. I would make it happen at any cost. Loyalty is earned and its the most noble, valuable, difficult and rare quality one can possess. It tests your limits. Suzy has clearly demonstrate her loyalty to TheoremRx. If TRx have a soul they will not fail. Think about it, Suzy worked hard to earn our respect/trust over the last two years and she put all this on the line for TheoremRx. Why?

If this is as black and white as im seeing it then VAL 201 deal is coming very very SOON!

Placing will NOT happy at 7p. LTH will not allow it. If they do a placing at 7p they will not be able to get enough cash. They can only placing for another 20 million shares. So no chance.

THE BOD NEED AUTHORISATION FROM SHAREHOLDERS TO DO A LARGE PLACING. NOT HAPPENING!

I think you are wrong. Here are my reasons!

1)
You pumped 4D from 90p to all the way to 15p! wtf, can you not see there was something wrong? Something not right? But you continue to find REASONS to justify your bad investment. From your posts on LSE and twitter until the LAST day you kept pumping/ hopping that 4D was fine. Did you ever get a reply from the CEO of 4D?

2) You were pumping VAL @ +50p. Now at 10p you are our biggest bear. When we have cash for next 18 months. Come on! Wake up Porky!

You will always find reasons to justify your case. But that does not mean you are right. You have taken big losses and I don't think you can think clearly. You are constantly trying to find reasons how you will make back your big losses. Your super plan to make back your losses is buying Val at 7p and when it goes to 30p. BOOM! You made back all your losses. It will not happen! Life doesn't work that way!

I think you will buy VAL and you will be paying more then 20p! I think by the end of this year we will be +40p!

Think about it. Let the above sink in before you reply!

To fail, to face adversity is part of life. The way you react to these situations says a lot about your character…. This journey can be amazing and absolutely horrifying all at once… I can attest to feeling both. But I choose to focus my energy and time on the side of hope and optimism. It has always served me well.

Buying here at 11p/12p/13p is no-brainer. This is my take! Very little risk and massive potential. We have cash for next +18 months. Cash in the bank is the only thing that matters in running a small business. It gives you time to get things moving. Remember: Smart investors think in terms of probabilities and not certainties. You need to change your focus!

100,000 cheap stock left below 12p. MM asking for premium for more then 100k.

Now that we have cash for +18 months investors will be more relaxed. Suzy is still "full of confidence". Having exchanged an email with her recently im starting to believe her and really do feel that she will get the deal done for VAL 201. I dont think she can say anything more then what she has already said. Unless something changes im 100% convinced we will get the deal done. Im expecting lots of news over next 4 weeks!

Yesterday, I saw offer being hit several times. I think it was a same trader who took around £25k worth of the stock. All of his traders were within minutes from each other. I then saw bid move up. Currently we are 2 vs 2. I also added few (£1000) more at 11.4p.

I agree with DK, we should move up as there is not much stock below 11.5p. MM were offering me 11.9p for 50,000 via IG.

Back to 13p by friday? i think so..... why? I think MARKET understands fully that we have enough cash for next 18 MONTHS. So it will start to price in some good news. It should move to the upper balance area which is 18p to 24p as we have done enough business here (10p to 13p.) Charts/orderflow all tell me we are going higher.

Lets have a GREAT SEPTEMBER!
