I love this company as much as all of you. I believe they have a great product ! But I want the management to leave! I don’t want these two guys in the company as I don’t have any TRUST in them. Until that happens or I get my price of 1p I will NOT buy.

But if you are invested then I wish you all the best! But always look at the facts! I’m a investor/trader and my purpose is to make money. Risk is too high here! +50 drop can happen very easily!

Result of the General Meeting

At the General Meeting today, requisitioned pursuant to Section 303 of the Companies Act 2006, by Mr Christopher Heminway (acting by his nominee) all three Resolutions proposed by Mr Heminway failed.

In accordance with the COVID-related procedures for the General Meeting, each Resolution was taken on a poll with the results as set out below:

Resolutions:

1. Anthony Samaha be immediately removed as a director of the Company;
2. Christopher Heminway himself be immediately appointed as a non-executive director of the Company; and

3. Andrew Hall be immediately appointed as a non-executive director of the Company.
Results of the General Meeting:

This is a very nice dip from + 5.4p to get in if you have free cash!

I agree with your post. To get the maximum benefit for shareholders we need the results out before 11th December so she has the whole week to do the media coverage i.e interviews with proactive, daily mail, Sun, BBC, Sky news, CNBC, Bloomberg, NYT, Fox News! If we have a drug that saves lives then we need MAXIMUM exposure. We need the WORLD to know that if you have cancer i.e prostate cancer there is a treatment coming. Maybe some big drug CEO will read it in the newspapers and it will OPEN doors for us to do a P3/P2 and makes the drug available to the public. Saves years of waiting and lives.

If there is a dip i will buy more. News is good and everything is on track! Energy is the biggest issue of our generation. Coal is key in 3rd world countries. Demand is always very strong so we just need to supply it.

I feel all will be fine! Limited downside but upside for EDL is massive!

If you look at all the key indicators the stock was oversold. I believe that yesterday was the start to us moving up to 18p.

My target is 18 p-20p.

Good management should listen and see if the proposal benefits the company. There should be no emotions to this meetings. It's all about what Chris brings to the table and if it opens doors for the company to expand.

js1990....i agree with you 100%. Im buying BRH here. It could soon be my 2nd biggest holding. Im happy to hold as i know this will make me BIG money. I think its in the BOD interest to make some sound investments and rocket this share price up to few pounds.

As for RMS, few weeks delay is an opportunity to buy this stock cheap. The story hasn't changed and i would be buying the masks when they put on sale via amazon. I do feel that the stock will go down to 1p-1.3p. Currently valued at 30 million is too high so bod need to give update on orders.

Investing and trading is all about your understanding of events. I don't think that once the virus goes away the governments will forget everything that happened and move on. Do you seriously think that the governments around the world will not put MANDATORY testing at airports, ports, etc to check who is bring in what virus? We have lost TRILLIONS and most importantly millions of people have died. We have had many virus before so many more will come in the future. Luckily, this virus had a low death rate. But we must learn something from this experience to protect our self in the future from more deadly virus.

We are an investment company and once our investment matures then we need to sell up. There should be no emotions....!

I still feel RMS will be very successful when they start getting orders. The SP moved too fast based on the interviews. Hopefully, everyone will make the money ! In this game you just have to be PATIENT and keep doing your research.

I think testing here is to stay. We can't let this happen again. The best way for us to stop this happening again is to test everyone coming into UK at the airports/ports/EUROStar, etc. I don't think we will go back to normal. It's just not possible for us to spend trillions and lose millions of people to this virus and not learn anything. Testing and face masks are here to stay. This virus is not going to go away in few years. There are many people who will not take the vaccine. What's good about our test is we can use it to test other viruses/ diseases. Listen to Carl's interview again. So far the market is not listening to this and this is one of the biggest reasons why i have been buying BRH.
