So i HOLD HELIUM ONE! I have lost a lot of money in Attis and the management should have offered the placing to all the Attis holders and not just few RICH friends! Many of us are sitting on big losses for many years!

This will go up but not today. I think it will drop to the placing price and then after few weeks once news flow starts it should move back up.

Hey Stach, I understand your pain. I have lost a lot of money when husband and wife i.e bonnie and Clyde were running the company. After every good news they used to do a big placing. It was crazy times. I have exchanged few emails with Suzy and she is just AMAZING. She listens to what you have to say and is very humble to make changes if she feels that is the right thing to do.

In the interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2020, the board of Braveheart (the "Board") announced that it had declared the payment of a special interim dividend of 42.75 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Special Dividend") which with the current issued share capital of the Company being 36,252,748 equates to a total dividend of approximately GBP15.5 million.

As at 30 November 2020, the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") had net cash reserves of approximately GBP18.15 million. The Board has assessed the Group's ongoing working capital and investment cash requirements under a range of forecast scenarios and has concluded that a substantial portion of these cash reserves is surplus to the Group's requirements. The Board has, therefore, decided to return such surplus capital to Braveheart shareholders by way of the Special Dividend.

This is GREAT NEWS! The extra cash comes back to us and the company will be valued at 10-15 million. Im expecting the share price to move to 70p-80p.

We will get 42.5p back and the share price will drop yp 20p-30p!
