Appointment of Broker

ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), has appointed Cenkos Securities plc ("Cenkos") as its sole broker with immediate effect.

In connection with the appointment of Cenkos, the Company has granted Cenkos with a warrant over 3,902,949 ordinary shares in the Company exercisable at price of 22p, being the closing mid-price on 24 August 2021 ("Warrants"). The Warrants are exercisable in whole or in part for the period commencing 12 months after the commencement of their engagement and ending 60 months after their engagement.

Dr Kevin Cox, Chairman commented: "We are very much looking forward to working closely with the Cenkos growth companies team to help deliver and further develop the strategy we have been building over the last year. After a period of consolidation and stability, this is a natural evolution in our growth plans."

I agree that the some of the buys are showing up as sells. If the MM wanted to crash share price today they could have easily done it. But they didn't shows that they are also expecting news in the coming days/weeks. I would be very reluctant to sell any amount of shares here.

It was a good day, MM held the price. We could just move back up tomorrow without testing 22p. A dip is always very health, it always some traders to get off the train and new investors to get on.

I was expecting a dip and a retest of 22p. When you breakout a key resistance level the price action mostly likely will retest this. The level (22p) should now act as support. Also the daily RSI was over bought on the short term. We needed a slight dip and a higher high will be very very positive.

I'm very optimistic that we will hit 26.5p to27p without any news this week. In fact, if we break 27p I'm looking at a quick move to 35p. If news comes then £2.36?

There have been some great post over the weekend.

We have all been waiting patiently for a deal or a "value added" update.

In my communication with Suzy I mentioned to her that the challenge she faced was without new information she will keep getting similar questions. She is listening and hopefully will provide an update very soon.

My feeling is that we are about to get one very soon.

Good that we are not jumping into the close. This means that the market is not expecting news on Monday.

If there is news this will rocket and if not then we will continue to move towards 35p!
