I think people here dont understand the full potential of doing buisiness in the USA. There are some reasons why i like this deal.

1) Current population of USA is 329.5 Million people

2) The American Cancer Society’s estimates for prostate cancer in the United States for 2021 are:
About 248,530 new cases of prostate cancer
About 34,130 deaths from prostate cancer

Easy to find Patient to test our drug!

3) USA has PRIVATE HEALTH CARE. If you dont have health insurance then there is a good chance that you will not be given the best treatment. Hence, patients will be happy to accept experimental drug like VAL201.

4) US Private Capital investors want quick results. They dont want to wait many years for a conclusion. So we will get very fast results for P2b and P3. So this means they will work on our drug quickly.

5) If next phase is successful then look for a listing on NASDAQ. Or USA offers many ways to raise money.

6) This deal OPENED a door for us to enter USA. Think about it...where are most of the drugs made?

We are confident that we should have a prototype in the first quarter of 2022 having all major items of the WHR system complete by the end of 2021.

Inspirit are in early-stage discussions with a view to entering into an agreement with a British certification company Enertek International Ltd. ("Enertek International"). Enertek International have won several development contracts from the government (BEIS) and have gained a vast knowledge in developing backward compatible Hydrogen products such as: domestic and commercial cookers, domestic and commercial heating systems etc. They have now gained the knowledge which could be very beneficial to Inspirit in developing a Hydrogen product, with a view of also looking at our existing products to make them hydrogen powered backwards compatible. Investors should note that these are early-stage discussions in relation to the Inspirit Charger which the Company is still working to finalise a commercial prototype of and whilst it is hoped an agreement can be reached, there is no guarantee of such.

Suzy has always been slow to react and then its no point. Even last year she was sleeping when the news came out.

She should have a better control of this situation. Should know when the news is coming and have interviews lined up.
